Waterfront 3 Bedroom Hudson Getaway with private dock!

Waterfront 3br/2.5ba featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances, and washer/dryer! Outdoor fire pit, grill, a fixed dock and floating dock. 5 kayaks and limited fishing gear on site! Right across from Port Hudson and Get Hooked restaurant, 5 minute boat ride to Sam's Beach Bar and open Gulf, 10 minutes to SunWest waterpark. One of the best features is that manatee and porpoise visit the spring often, which is 50 yards from the dock. You can also fish for snapper, redfish, & snook right from the dock! Boat/RV parking with RV power hookup available, contact for details. Walking distance to Freedom Boat Club!

Extended stays of 2 weeks to 2+ months will be considered on a case-by-case basis pending owner approval. Pets are case by case.

Our pet policy is: - Pet(s) are to remain downstairs (on the laminate) and not upsitairs (on the carpet)
- Please keep stairs gated. We will provide a gate that goes at the bottom of the stairs. It may be in the shed or master closet when you arrive.
We require a $60 pet fee plus $50 if couch needs cleaned or any inside accidents, $100 for upstairs cleaning, if evidence is noted by cleaning staff!

Beautiful Bargain

The property is amazing, especially the back part on the water from where we saw manatees swimming every morning. The interior is very modern and super clean. We will definitely look to stay here again.

This property was the perfect getaway. We had a family member that was being treated at the hospital for an extended period of time. The house was beautiful and the perfect reprieve after long days. Very much enjoyed being on the water and the local restaurants/ bars. Property was incredibly clean, and the host was great with communication.

Very nice stay

The has been refinished beautifully after hurricane damage and lots of wildlife because of the canal right in front. Ben is very responsive to all needs . We enjoyed the manatees right off the dock.

Perfect Relaxing Quiet

The house and pictures are exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood but close enoughto shopping, restaurants and outdoor Florida life. We will definitely stay again if in the area and highly recommend it as an excellent getaway rental!Owner stayed in tough and very easy to work with!

Great place on the water

Came for spring break from MN, we saw so much wildlife. Very clean and cozy house, Neighborhood was peaceful. we kayaked every day. Saw manatees, dolphins, stingray and did a little fishing.

Great property

We would definitely stay here again. Property was clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. Just a couple months after Hurricane Helene came through so the area was a little rough but the property was already fixed up and has enough privacy with the dock and outdoor space to feel like we were in a wonderful spot. I would highly recommend.

Peaceful retreat

Great location, peaceful retreat, Manatees and dolphins visit daily, Close to great restaurants in walking distance, and Tampa if you want shopping. Fishing and kayaking available a must do. Hosts very helpful and always answered questions quickly.

Family get away

Chose this property for a short get away with my family. Enjoyed seeing the famous mermaid show about 20 minutes away and to kayak the Weeki Watchee spring. The property is clean and well cared for in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful property

Everything was as listed and I would highly recommend this property. The hosts were amazing, very quick to respond with any questions. The home was clean and very inviting. My self, husband, brother and sister-in-law had an amazing time at this property observing all the Florida wildlife right off the deck, kayaking, making meals together tand spending time around thfirepit

Great location and plenty of room for family

This property was in a great location for our needs and it was very spacious. Loved the open floor plan on the first floor. This location is also great for my little one who was able to walk around both inside and outside since the property was fenced in the back. We saw 4 manatee on the trip and overall it was pretty quiet in the area at night.

Spring break

We had a wonderful time staying in this quaint Hudson property. Woke up to 6 manatees swimming around the dock, and daily visits from baby ducks. The house was great for our 4 adults and 2 kids, we loved using the kayaks and exploring the canal!

Hudson Beach canal house

Lots of wildlife - eagles, ospreys, herons, storks, cormorants, manatees, dolphin. Enjoyed the use of kayaks. Unfortunately the 2 restaurants within easy walking distance were closed due to hurricane Helene damage. Neighborhood is still recovering from the hurricanes. Beautiful sunsets.

Loved the house and property. Location was great for everything, we needed ( shopping, golf, restaurants). House is spacious and yard was great. Used the kayaks and the patio. House is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for cooking and chilling out.

Perfect getaway

This house has everything you need to get away from it all. It is clean and updated and well equipped. We brought an extra shade tent to be able to use the back patio during the brutal summer heat but looking forward to returning in the winter months to enjoy the firepit.

Perfect Hudson Retreat

Well stocked, clean, spacious, and there were manatees in the back yard... what more could you ask for. Our family spent four nights here at the end of 23. The views out back are awesome with tons of wildlife. Short walk to several restaurants. The kayaks were an added bonus to explore the canals. This place is perfect for your next visit to Hudson. We hope to stay here again in the future.
