Comfortable 3 bedrooms, two baths, one story home on a beautiful saltwater canal and your own private pool. This home offers 3 bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living and dining and covered back deck with outdoor dining. This is a great location to fish or take one of the three kayaks off the dock and paddle out to the gulf. The home is fully furnished with dishes, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pots and pans. There is a propane grill if empty you will need to fill. Three bedrooms with queen beds and twin beds in third bedroom. Love ice cream, there is a great place within walking distance. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park just down the road. Great location.

Really a 4.5.. the house is perfectly located if you have a boat. The owners have made nice renovations after the 2024 hurricane damages. They are quick to respond to any questions. We are already talking about a return trip!

Great local flordia vibe

We had a great stay. The house was big enough to spread out. It was tucked away from touristy areas but close enough to enjoy lots of different beaches and springs. Hudson beach is not somewhere I would swim but it made for incredible sunsets. The pool outback was great and we utilized the kayaks. We had a wonderful trip! Grace was great with communication and even let us extend our stay at the last minute. Book here you won’t be disappointed.

Highly endorse this rental had a great time everything was just as it was in pictures.. Host answered us fast had some questions about light switches took us awhile to figure out very clean and centrally located to everything. Enjoyed sitting on dock. Will rent again

Family vacation

Great area, clean home, we kayaked around and even went to supper on them. We all had a great time in the pool. The host was very friendly and we would definitely stay there again!

Amazing for a family trip

Myself and family enjoyed every minute of this home. The home was clean and well organized with plenty of space. The pool was awesome for the kids to kick back and enjoy. They had a fish trap that the kids and adults enjoyed to use and see what we could come up with. The canal was quite and beautiful. Quick drive via boat from boat ramp and to the gulf. Would definitely recommend and home to stay here again one day!

Family vacation

This was are yearly family scallop trip. We enjoyed are stay. Home was very clean and neat. Tile floors throughout the home. It’s something I look for. I personally don’t like carpet in a rental. Home located very close to the boat ramp. Pool was great after a day on the water. I will definitely consider renting next year if available.

Hidden gem

This little gem is the perfect getaway. There is something to do for all ages. From the fishing dock in the back yard, kayak and screened in pool. The little beach is within walking distance. The sunset is a must see at Sams bar and grill and dont forget to stop for ice cream after a long day on the boat. The host of this home was super friendly and easy to contact. I felt at ease here and plan to stay at this little gem again.

Great location and property! Easy boating access

We loved our stay here, and the property had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. Boat ramp nearby for launching your boat and nice deep water with no bridges to the Gulf. Overall a great time relaxing with family and we will definitely return!
