Adventure Lakehouse is a luxury mountain modern home with a private hot tub and firepit, located in the premier community of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. Built into the hillside and backing to national forest, this stunning 2,905 sq ft retreat overlooks private Lake Everist and The Lake House, offering breathtaking views and an unbeatable mountain setting.



Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, this spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main and upper levels feature a serene primary suite with a king-size bed. Downstairs, you`ll find a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and a second primary suite with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle—perfect for kids or additional guests. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the den for additional sleeping arrangements.



Step outside to your private deck to soak in fresh mountain air and watch for local wildlife like moose, foxes, and bears roaming the valley below. After a day of adventure, unwind in the outdoor hot tub or gather around the firepit for cocktails under the stars.



The lower level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large-screen TV, a cozy movie space, a game table, and a private wet bar. A Peloton Bike is also available and can be set up upon request.



Just steps from the back door, explore scenic trails that wind throughout the neighborhood adventure truly is just footsteps away. Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Saturday 9am-2pm

Sunday 3pm-8pm

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
