Private Heated Pool - 1 Block from the Beach!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been completely renovated recently.…no stone has been left unturned, including a private, salt water heated pool!

Located on the North Beach side of Tybee Island in the historic Fort Screven District, you’re within walking distance to numerous activities, including beach access at Tybee’s North Beach, Jaycee Park, the Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grill and much more!

The first floor is an open concept, with the kitchen opening to the living room. The fully stocked kitchen is brand new and features quartz countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for cooking, dining and grilling. The living room has a comfy L-shaped couch and a 55-inch TV with DirecTV. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, 42-inch TV and a full, newly refinished bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, tucked away on the first floor is a stackable high-efficiency Washer/Dryer. All bath towels and linens are provided!

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (with room-darkening shades on the upper windows) and another full, newly remodeled bathroom. The bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops and a Shower & Tub. The home comfortably sleeps 8, though should you wish to bring a blow-up mattress you could fit up to 10. The bedroom breakdown is as follows:

--Bedroom #1 (Downstairs) – One (1) King Bed w/ a 42-inch TV.
--Bedroom #2 (Upstairs) – Two (2) Queen Beds w/ a 42-inch TV.
--Bedroom #3 (Upstairs) – One (1) Queen Bed w/ a 32-inch TV.

The back yard features a brand new 12’x22’ in-ground heated pool. The pool features an 18-inch deep water shelf, which is great for the little ones! There are four lounge chairs, four adirondack chairs, plus a table with four chairs and a gas grill. It’s the perfect getaway when you’re not at the beach.

Four beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart are provided for use at the beach at no additional cost. See photos.

Please note, pool heat is optional and available from March 1 through May 30 and October 1 through December 1 for an additional $50/day. Please reach out if you wish to inquire about other days, availability, etc.

Additionally, the home features high-speed WiFi, DirecTV and an Electronic Vehicle (EV) Level 2 Charger. All are available free for guest use. There is parking available for 3 smaller vehicles or 2 large SUV’s, with additional free parking less than 100 feet away.

This house is in a fantastic location on Tybee and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. You will not be disappointed!

Great house & location

House was perfect size for our family of 6. Great location for walking to the north beach, lighthouse and the farmers market on Monday. Was also great having the pool to cool off. Kevin was also very responsive during check in and with anything we might need. Would recommend if staying on Tybee!

Great stay in Tybee Island

We had a great time on Tybee Island and visiting Savannah close by and enjoyed the accommodations. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were great and had everything we needed. We also loved having the pool since it was a bit cooler when we visited and would have been too cold to sit in the sun at the beach. The master bedroom on the main level mattress was extremely firm and hard to sleep on for me personally, we went to buy a foam mattress from Target to place on top for our stay and the bedroom was a bit tight to get in and out of but we loved that it was a king size bed. The main level shower/bathroom floor was also slightly dirty upon arrival with some hairs. Otherwise the place was spotless.

Perfect place to take a break

After a long and grueling work schedule that began the first of year, I needed a time out and this home was the perfect place. Quiet neighborhood and one block to the beach. The heated pool felt amazing. While inside the house was comfy and cozy. I felt like I was at home I even cooked myself meals with I hadn’t done in months. Worst part… leaving.

Great house on Tybee Island

This was a really great location. It may have the best pool ever. Very quiet and residential area but with a short walk to the north beach. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about going to Tybee to stay here.

Clean with a perfect location

Our family enjoys the quieter part of Tybee and we were not disappointed. The nearby walking trail was nice, and the walk to the beach was easy, with minimal traffic. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool during the heat of the day.

Easiest family vacation!

The check-in, stay, and check-out were so easy and perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The place was absolutely gorgeous and fit our family of 8 easily. We were able to play in the pool and grill out. Beds were comfortable, as well.

A great way to celebrate being Cancer FREE!

We wanted to place to stay that had a pool and was close to North Beach. This place checked all of the boxes and more. It’s a short walk to the lighthouse and North Beach. The neighborhood is lovely. We really enjoyed the pool almost every single day we were there! I highly recommend visiting the beach and paying 50 bucks to rent a couple of chairs and an umbrella for the day. We really enjoyed our time looking out over the ocean and watching the dolphins play the entire time we were there. Our host was very accommodating and responsive . It was a great opportunity to celebrate what has been a crazy ride in our lives. Thank you for making our celebration even more special. We hope to come back and visit again very soon!

August 2023 stay

We just spent 13 days at this wonderful Tybee home, and had such a great time! We have stayed all over the island over the years and this home is in an amazing location, with close proximity to the beach, Jaycee park (beautiful walking path and playground, ideal for those traveling with kiddos), the marine science center, the lighthouse, and some of our favorite restaurants. The home itself is incredibly well appointed and has been redone thoughtfully and beautifully with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And all this does not even include the pool and surrounding area, which is a perfect place to relax! Kevin is easy to contact and responded quickly to messages. It is obvious he takes pride in this home and keeping his guests happy.

Excellent freshly redone house in a great location

We rented this wonderful place for a week in July. It was more than enough house for two adults and two teenagers. The separate levels gave plenty of elbow room for parents and kids. The house was clean, up to date, and still has that freshly redone feel. This was one of the few rental places we've stayed where the fabric sofa felt clean enough to lounge on without that "yuck" feeling. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were nice, and appliances all worked well. If you find yourself missing something in the kitchen, then I have no idea what you're cooking because it is stocked to the brim with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. The pool is brand new with plenty of seating and was a huge bonus. The pool is only shaded for a little in the morning and then later in the evening. A nice addition at some point might be a triangle shade to give a little mid-day coverage. The location was quiet, felt safe, the street had minimal traffic & there are some beautiful historic homes all around the house. It's a very easy walk to the beach and takes maybe 5 minutes max. Definitely recommend using the provided beach wagon and walking if you can do it because the beach parking is expensive and packed. We had a great stay, the house was very nice, and the communication from the owner was always timely. Our only complaint is that we had to go home so soon!

Wonderful Location

This was our first time in Tybee Island so we weren’t sure where the best spot was to stay. I’m so glad we found this home! We were walking distance to North Beach and loved being in the residential area. Our kids could walk to the park and enjoyed having a pool in the backyard. If we go back to the island, we’ll be staying here again!

Perfect!

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kevin's place, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was evident that no detail had been spared in making this house a true home away from home. The location of the property couldn't have been better. Situated on the North Beach side of Tybee Island, we were a mere five-minute walk from front door to toes in the ocean. And, thanks to the well-stocked kitchen, cooking, dining, and grilling were a breeze. However, the real gem of this property was the backyard oasis. The pool was an absolute delight. The water shelf was a brilliant addition, especially for families with little ones. Kevin honestly thought of everything, including beach essentials - beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart - making our trips to the beach hassle-free (and fewer things we had to pack for our trip!) From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The attention to detail and the convenient location contributed to an unforgettable beach vacation. I cannot thank Kevin enough for providing such a fantastic home away from home. If you're looking for the perfect getaway on Tybee Island, look no further—this property has it all. You won't be disappointed!

It's next door to Jaycee Park, 3 minutes from the beach entrance and within walking distance to some awesome restaurants, including North Beach Grill.
