Private Cottage

The Cottage is at the rear of the property. From the free parking on site back to the Cottage is a short walk ( 24 / 7 entry ). This space is completely private. There is a full size Bath Room with modern fixtures and a Shower Booth with lots of Hot Water. The Main Room is a Bedroom and Sitting Area with a Wall Desk. There are large screened windows that open The space has AC and Radiant Heat. A Ceiling Fan and Programmable Lighting add comfort. We have hosted a number of happy guests. Extras: Black Out Curtains, Smart TV, RO Water, the ceiling is Vaulted and makes the space more open. Outside is a Private Patio with a Lounge Swing. There is a Blue Tooth Stereo in the Bedroom and on the Patio Swing. The Guests have their own WiFi and ethernet. Once the Guest checks in once ( to get keys, gate codes, and basic operation of the space ), you are on your own. We are available anytime we are needed.
