Newly renovated backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. One street away from beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and the Levitt Shell. Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

Nice Midtown Location!
We had a pleasant stay in this backyard suite. The property was very well suited for my family of 3. It was clean and roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was a little challenging checking in after dark because the suite is all the way in the backyard but the host had very clear instructions on how to do so which put us at ease. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Midtown area. Five stars!!

Great stay
Property was perfect for my weekend stay. Great location, awesome neighborhood. Peaceful and the updates make this a really nice place. Host was very quick to communicate and everything g was as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Listing
This place was very clean, comfortable and easy to find. It is in a well established and safe Memphis midtown neighborhood. Everything you would need ( plus) has been well thought out and provided. The host was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Cute place in a neat neighborhood
We were only in town for one night, but this was such a good choice for our stay. Very clean. Very cute. Convenient to where we were going. Katy was very responsive and has lots of suggestions for places to eat amd things to do. Will totally stay here again.

Perfect place for Rhodes parents!
The location of this property is a pleasant walk to Rhodes as well as the park and zoo. It was clean and well appointed. Katy and her daughter are lovely. Highly recommended.

Long weekend in Memphis
Very conveniently located - easy driving distance to multiple fun restaurants, shops, and venues. Short and safe walk to the park. The host is extremely responsive and super friendly. Hope to visit Memphis soon and stay here again!

Great spot for a Memphis getaway.
Stayed for 6 nights in this quiet, comfortable and well equipped studio. Easy access to all the major Memphis attractions with freeway access to points further away. Also a variety of good places to eat close by. Great value.

Host was very kind, communicated well, property very tidy. The only issue was the main bed it was very hard and uncomfortable. We slept awful, could just be our preference though.

The property was situated near the home of our relative so it was a great place for us to be. We feel it would be helpful to have a handrail when climbing the stairs to enter the home. It is a good clean space for 2 people.

My wife and i were in for the st jude marathon. Although being used to hotel stays ; we quickly was turned on to this place. It was safe and communication between the host and ourselves were on point. If and when we make the trip to Memphis again we will be staying here if at all possible.

Gem near Overton Park
This is a separate back house in a beautiful old neighborhood, right at the edge of Overton Park. Very safe and convenient to midtown and downtown. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful neighborhood
Lovely historic neighborhood close to Rhodes campus and Overton Square. The back house was comfortable and suited our needs. Great water pressure in the shower!😁

The full kitchen and lovely bath are the highlights of this small studio. You are in my backyard and have a cozy outside seating area where you can enjoy my small garden area and bird bath!
