Welcome to our Tiny House! This super tiny house is located 6 miles from Averett University and 5.4 miles from Caesars Virginia in a peaceful and private setting, but minutes away from everything! It offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen/living room combo. A large front porch offers two rocking chairs and a back deck offers a sitting area. Parking is no issue with this large driveway!

Graduation visit

The property was very nice and comfortable with outside sitting areas on the front and back of the house. The host was very responsive and quick to assist.

The title is Tiny house because that’s what it is. However I must say it was very accommodating for me & my sister who I brought to Danville to celebrate her birthday at Caesar’s casino. The location was great and the host was easy to contact. The space is wonderful for a couple of small family. Very clean and well decorated.

Awesome Stay

The Tiny house was the perfect place for our stay - to come into town in order to visit our son and grandson. The place was very clean and well kept. Even though tiny it had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay. We certainly look forward to staying here again when we return for another family visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We needed a quaint place to stay the night of our wedding. This location surely did not disappoint. Was very clean and looked like the photos!

great little getaway

We highly recommend! The tiny house had everything we needed for our stay, it was corn and organized. It was close to town (and some great local eateries) but peaceful in the evenings. We went to a couple of nearby parks for hiking and saw dome beautiful foliage & waterfalls. We really enjoyed our stay and Dana was the perfect host; we can’t say enough nice things about the entire experience!
