This property is located in the “Old West End” which boasts a concentrated collection of Victorian and Edwardian residential architecture in the Commonwealth of Virginia. With that being said, many properties are undergoing renovations to be restored to the full potential. We own the U shaped stucco apartment building undergoing restoration across the street to the left and can`t wait to finish the project. Our building was one of those properties undergoing a massive renovation in 2020.
Street parking is available at a first come first served basis but there is plenty of space available.
