A view of the ocean and swimming pool from the lanai. Looks right down to Honokeana Bay, the best snorkeling on the island. Spot Sea turtles from the Lanai, or better yet snorkel with them. Beach is a small walk around the cove. Restaurants and shopping walking distance. Very quiet and immaculately kept grounds, with all the beauty of the island.

Great resort and wonderful unit

We spent 4 nights here and the unit was as described. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked and the kitchen was well fitted. We loved the view and eating out on the balcony. The electric sunshade that lowers is great in late afternoon’s. Napoli Point is a special place. We also made use of the clean Weber gas grills for several dinners. The Safeway actually has good local fish. Great owner communication.

Slice of heaven

Great unit, kitchen is well equipped, and Napili Point is peaceful. The bay is amazing with regular turtle sightings from the deck. The unit has a beautiful view, but it’s not face on with the sunset in August. Not a big deal, there is seating on the grass below with sunset views.

Napili is Gorgeous

Love watching the turtles in the bay from the balcony. Napili Point is our favorite place to stay on this side of the island. Condo is in a great location, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, great location, we enjoyed our stay!

My family of four was very comfortable and happy during our stay. The A/C was a wonderful feature. The views were amazing. The pool is right below the lanai and the sandy beach is an easy three minute walk. The cove is great for snorkeling. We saw lots of turtles. We can't wait to come back!

Maui Getaway

Karrie’s place is absolutely beautiful- with 2 King beds and a large sofa bed, it fit a family of 5 comfortably, including a 4.5 year old, with plenty of access to bathrooms and showers as needed. It is steps away from the pool, stocked with pool noodles, and just a short and beautiful walk from the most amazing snorkeling bay- as in four turtles and teeming with fish at 10am! The view is incomparable- we were reared to sightings of multiple turtles and two double rainbows on our last morning. A very short walk further down the path leads you to Napili beach and bay, where you can snorkel further, play in the waves, lie on the beach, or enjoy a lovely brunch at The Gazebo restaurant or a beautiful sunset dinner at The Seahouse at Napili Kai just the other end of the beach (best to reserve the latter). The condo is well appointed, but if you’re in need of food or other supplies, there are shops and an excellent market just a short walk or five minute drive away towards the main road. We recommend The Coffee Shop and Fond Restaurant there :). And to top all of this off, Karrie is super kind, exceptionally responsive, and consistently helpful. We all had a great time and could not recommend her place more highly!

This property has been in our family for over 25 years. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here back in 2008, and have enjoyed coming yearly. There are many great areas on the island to explore, however if you are just wanting to relax near the ocean you have everything you need right in Napili Village. If you get a chance to look through the guest book you will see that many families have enjoyed this area and continue to come back as often as they can.

Looking out from the private Lanai and seeing Sea Turtles swimming or snorkeling with them is an amazing experience. I have snorkeled many places throughout the island and have not found a better spot than Honokeana Bay. The short walk to the beach is a great place for kids to play in the tide pools, and having the beach just around the cove keeps the property quiet and relaxing
