With three colorful and cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking to experience the best of the Denver metro area.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. Easy Access

This place was solid, clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It’s about a 15‑minute drive from Coors Field, close enough to easily catch a Rockies game but away from the downtown hassle. The kitchen was good and had the essentials to get by. Beds were comfortable, check‑in was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.We also hit up the Titanic Road Show, Red Rocks, and the Denver Zoo, everything was conveniently close by car. Great spot for exploring Denver. Would definitely stay again.

Much-needed relaxing stay

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a home base during a busy and stressful week of work. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. We had a little trouble with the check-in process; I think it could be made more customer-friendly. Overall, a very nice haven when we needed it.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location

We stayed here for the Colorado Sparkler Softball Tournament and couldn’t have picked a better spot! Every field we played on was within 15 minutes or less, which made getting around super convenient.Arvada is a charming and peaceful town—just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to everything you need. We loved the abundance of parks, walking trails, and the nearby splash pad, which was perfect for downtime between games.One of the highlights was being able to walk to a nearby park to watch the July 4th fireworks—such a fun and memorable experience!We also really enjoyed exploring Olde Town Arvada. It’s full of great restaurants, local shops, and has such a welcoming vibe.The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing—just what we needed after long days at the ballfields. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The beds are super comfortable and everything was just as described. We were visiting family in town and this was a great way to be close but still give them their space. We will be reserving here again.

Nice homebase for our visit

This was a nice home base during our family business trip to Denver. Kitchen is great for cooking. Beds are comfy. Cute patio. A nice 1+mile walk to old Arvada and enjoyed the park along the way. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Updated house in quiet neighborhood

My friend and I stayed here while visiting her daughter at Regis and other friends in the area. The house is nicely updated and close to a beautiful park, old town Arvada (a hip and bustling little downtown area), and any amenity we could want. It was the perfect size for us; one bedroom even went unused (weren't sure how many we would have at time of booking). The house was very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and thoughtful details. We cooked meals and the kitchen was equipped with all of the basics. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

House was very clean, perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens who like to have their own rooms. Well supplied, communication was top notch. We were very happy with it and location was great! Water pressure in en suite bathroom could have been better and the barn-style door for that bathroom wasn’t our favorite as it didn’t always stay closed. Not anything that would keep us from staying here again in a heartbeat!

Adorable and comfortable

Plenty of room for our party of 6 and equipped great to be able to work from home and cook.We came for Red Rocks, the commute was reasonable.

Family visit

We enjoyed the location and the great park just down the street. The large kitchen and dining area was perfect for dinner with our adult children and spouses. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked.
