BEST SUNSET IN WILD DUNES! This gorgeous and newly renovated home offers a private island retreat to Isle of Palms. Enjoy the Lowcountry's finest setting on the coastal marshland! The open floor plan allows views to the entire home. Off the living room is a wrap around porch that we expect most guests to enjoy endless amounts of time!



PLEASE NOTE: This home does not have pool access.  HOA regulations prohibit use of fireplace.

Relaxing

The house was beautiful, with a clean modern look. The view of the marsh was stunning. The house had just the right combination of chairs in the shade and chairs in the sun on the outside deck. We all loved it!

Wild Dunes at its Best

Family vacations at Wild Dunes are a long tradition for us but never better than this year! Aside from the beautiful weather, 9 Marsh Island made it one to remember. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a well stocked state of the arts kitchen. The elevator was a great plus -allowed us seniors to still enjoy life at the beach…and the marsh panorama view across the back was so relaxing. A great find!

Sunset heaven

Tastefully decorated and completely renovated. Plenty of room for 7 adults and I teen. The house was well equipped and spotless.Wonderful sunsets, a quiet location with a moderate,easy walk to the beach. We all hope to return.

Marvelous Marsh Experience

We stayed at this beautiful home for 5 days with our adult daughter. The view from the property was amazing! The home is well stocked and very comfortable. The location is tranquil in Wild Dunes with great access to walk and bike. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing weekend

Wild dunes never disappoints. The home is so beautiful and clean and is stocked well. The sunsets were the cherry on top. It was all perfect and we would love to stay again.

SPECTACULAR STAY IN ISLE OF PALMS

This house was absolutely perfect for the needs of our group on this trip. It was spotlessly clean, gorgeous, and exactly as pictured. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the management company, Deserving Vacations. Definitely would love to come back to this property or any property managed by them another time. Isle of Palms is a favorite but this fantastic experience made it even better.

Kidd Family at Marsh Island 9

From the moment we turned into Wild Dunes Resort, we were blown away by the beautiful homes, golf course and of course, Marsh Island 9. The check-in was flawless, we even arrived a little ahead of our scheduled time, and we greeted by the cleaning staff. They were quick to tell us to look around and make sure everything met our expectations. Everything was spotless. The house is just “ Beautiful”. Attention to detail was definitely evident in every room. The bedrooms with private baths were so nice. And the suite upstairs, made me want to stay forever. It truly was like being at a spa. The shared space was perfect for morning and evening chats and family time. The outside deck was so tranquil for morning coffee. The beach was easy to get to and easy parking. My two adult children and their spouses loved everything. We did not want to leave. Thank you again for sharing your vacation home with us. We will definitely have a return visit soon.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Our group of eight enjoyed our long weekend getaway. The house was peaceful with a beautiful view of the marsh. It was well equipped, nicely decorated, and had an open concept living space that was perfect for gathering at the end of a fun day in nearby Charleston. We spent many hours outside on the porch watching basketball while taking in the view. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Celebration/Vacation

Lovely Home in Quiet area of Wild Dunes. Majestic Sunset views. Our family enjoyed outside deck and fire pit as well as Open floor plan in Living/Kitchen area. Bonus was to find a ping pong table in garage. It was the perfect spot for our family celebration. Thanks to all!

Stunning Home and Great Location

This house remodel was 5 stars. One of the reasons I chose this home was because it did not have bunk beds! Many rentals put lots of them to house more people, but this worked out perfect for our adult children and for a multiple family rental. Every bedroom has an accessible bathroom and they are all redone with beautiful tile and cabinetry. Except for the master, however, there are no drawers to put clothes and the closets are spacious, but with no built in shelving. The kitchen remodel is stunning and there are many appliances (mixers, blenders, keurigs and drip coffee maker) to use that are not listed in the details. There are also many spices, which is great to not have to go out and buy all them. The owner/rep was awesome to work with whenever we had a question. Going to the beach was easy. We just drove and parked at the gravel tennis court lot and walked across the street. The view from the back of the house is very beautiful and private. Would def recommend and would stay there again!

Just as advertised and more!

Very few places live up to the expectations set by the photos in the listing. This one does so and then some. It's spotless and beautiful. The location couldn't be better - it's so quiet and has fabulous views of the marsh and spectacular sunsets. But it's an easy walk to the tennis courts, golf, & lap pool. It's also a pretty easy walk to the beach. I have a feeling availability is going to be very limited on this property so if it's available you should reserve it and thank me later :-D

Marsh Island Sunset Perfection!

I don't usually write reviews, but I was compelled to happily write this because of our experience. The house is impeccably decorated and maintained...literally nothing we would change! Newly renovated and everything appears like new. Perfect for 3-4 couples or a large family, as each bedroom has plenty of room for privacy, and the public spaces are more than adequate for indoor or outdoor gahering. Best sunset view in IOP without question...and frequent deer sightings...I'm pretty sure they were watching us and not vice versa. The ping pong table, firepit, and grill are great features that kept our high school baseball players and adults entertained...and the kitchen is Michelin star worthy! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Peaceful, Marsh setting

Well appointed, clean and updated home that is on the beautiful marsh. All furnishings were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with Wolf stove, high end hybrid coffee maker, toaster oven, and tableware. Only thing missing were table linens. Loved the deck complete with gas fire pit, although it could use a bit more seating options. Bathrooms were all high-end and new. Beds were extremely comfortable with clean and new linens. Location is on a quiet street backing up to the gorgeous marsh. Can walk to the beach in 10 minutes easily. Loved this house and will definitely rent again.
