Guests enter The Lazy Palm through the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. On the first floor of the home, you will find a foyer, dining room, living room, kitchen (with banquette seating), laundry room, half bathroom and access to the screened porch & backyard. The home's primary suite and king suite are located on the second floor along with the bunk bedroom, queen bedroom and third bathroom. Please note there are stairs from the driveway to the front door, from the kitchen area down to the living room, from the back porch down to the yard and between the first and second floors.

Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
