Montego Gardens - Queens Drive Studio

Newly renovated studio in Montego Gardens on Queen's Dr. (top road). Doctor's Cave beach and airport are 5 mins drive from us if no traffic. Our building is old and the area is very far from fancy, but everything inside the studio is new. It's not a gated community, and the area is pretty rural - you can see hens walking around. Our neighbors often listen to loud music. Nearby "Nostalgia" day cub has a pool available for their visitors. El Greco resort is 5 mins walk from us. Our place is on the second floor, you have to climb stairs, no elevator available. TV is Smart, no cable TV. Progressive Foods supermarket and Whitter Village with it's cute promenade, shops and cafes are 10 minutes drive from us. Harmony Beach Park is two minutes drive or about 15 minutes walk from us. We provide transportation services at additional cost.

DON'T BOOK this place if:
- you are not comfortable staying at a non-gated community without 24/7 security;
- you are a light sleeper;
- you are not comfortable with loud music, noisy neighbors, animal barking and crowing, animals walking around.
Lastly, I would not recommend renting this place if you are not Jamaican or visiting Jamaica for the first time.

Electricity, water and internet disruptions/outages are not rare in Jamaica. Unfortunately, we don't have a backup if any of those occurs.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests who remain in the property past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Eating and drinking in the bed is strictly prohibited.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 3 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 3 individuals in total at any given time.
