Wonderful host. House was clean and we had everything we needed for a week stay. Great and fast communication. Loved the screen porch! We will definitely stay here when we come back.

It was clean and nice. I wish the listing had been updated to take off the firepit (we were looking forward to that) The neighborhood is quiet. We did not use the kitchen except for making coffee. I would recommend a stay here.

Updated furnishings, alarm system, electric recliner, walk-in shower, screen porch, full size washer and dryer, each bedroom has comfortable beds and large closet with hangers, kitchen large refrigerator and stove fully furnished … are some of the highlights.Enjoyed the Titusville Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore(manatees, alligators, birds)

Everything was great. The house was as advertised. The only suggestion is to have specific directions on how to lock/unlock the Kwikset door, and operation of the tv remotes. We would stay again!

Very clean, nicely furnished home in quiet neighborhood. Love the fact that it was dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch with my morning. Coffee would definitely recommend.

Helmut our host was excellent as always, this is our second year staying at this location. Property is as described and our host was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again I think says it all.

Perfect for us

Roomy beach-decor home. The house was clean and the fenced-in backyard was perfect for our pups. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to just about anywhere you want to go in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice beach-style home

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Nice house, perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in area - especially Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, where I spend most mornings. Fenced in backyard is great for our pups. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved it

Very nice location. Nice house. Everything was really nice. The only thing we didn't like was upon entering the house you could smell smoke! I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, it was extremely nice to have a fenced in back yard for our Golden Retriever. Met a couple of the neighbors, they were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend our Co-host Helmut and the property.

Great Rental

This property is clean, quiet, and most importantly has comfortable beds. We had to do a lot of work clearing my cousin's home because he passed away. We got a good night's sleep every night we were there, which made the work SO much easier each and every day! If I'm in Titusville again, this place will be my first choice to stay!
