The location was great and the space was cozy and well-decorated. Everything is modern except for the bathrooms which are a bit outdated but functional.

Loved the place!!! The location was incredible and the condo was the most comfortable and cozy short term we’ve ever had. The beds had natural fiber linens which was great! Great walkability and biking. Highly recommend

This is a very nicely decorated condo. It was spotless, with lots of nice touches. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the patio. It is a very quick walk to the ampitheater. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I couldnt find the code for the building but other tenants let us know. The place was super cute and views were great! I wish there were a few more fans - it was little warm. But lovely place overall.

The pictures are a little deceiving. The place is smaller than the pictures portray. The view from the balcony and the location are great. The screen door on the balcony needs to be replaced, but overall, the condo is comfortable and cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent.

This stay was everything and more, and the property just added to it! When it says there are views of Lake Dillon, there are VIEWS!! Talk about walking out your door and a SHORT walk to the lake's edge to throw a line in at the end of an amazing day of adventuring is just...everything. The owners are very responsive and SO helpful and kind. It's the little things, like the coffee maker that has a timer so it's ready to go when you wake up and can sit on the balcony enjoying the quiet of the morning. The BEST illustration is hanging on the wall of the bathroom so you have something to look at while you brush your teeth. Such an amazing place that feels like home. Will 100% be staying here any time I visit the mountains.

This condo was really nice. Location was excellent. It is an older condo and space is tight. The host does a lot of special touches throughout the condo. Shampoo, soap, paper towel, tissue boxes, and room spray are provided. (Host provides fancy soaps and shampoo - real nice touch). Has ample towels. Water pressure was real good. Water gets really hot fast. Not a lot of pots and pans so a little difficult to cook for big family. Only one trash can in the whole condo. There was an inappropriate poster with nude cartoon skiers which was a little shocking since this was advertised as family friendly. The master bed was very nice (if you like soft beds)! Would go again!

We are Kenneth and Inge Kirkland. Ken hails from Oklahoma and he wanted to live in Colorado ever since he was a little boy. Inge hails from Chile and never thought about moving to the USA until she met Ken skiing in Portillo!! We have used the condo to ski in Winter and have fun in the Summer with our four kids. Now we are empty nesters and want to share it with you, hoping our guests will enjoy their time in the mountains. We communicate in English-Spanish-German-Portuguese and are also available as knowledgeable mountain guides for a negotiable fee.

The Lodge is a well built place: stressed cement is safer in the mountains than wood! Also, the lobby of the building provides safety from uninvited visitors. The views are spectacular, sports and cultural activities to fill every need are plentiful and close by. Every season in the mountains has its own appeal: Winter attracts snow-sport enthusiasts, Spring brings back greenery and fishermen, in Summer flowers bloom everywhere and the Lake is full of little white sails you can watch lying by the outdoor heated pool and finally: Fall is quiet and saturated with warm sunshine spilling through the golden leaves of the Aspen trees. At each season, there is something worthwhile and unforgettable to do and enjoy.
