Venice Beach Studio-centrally located-Great Price-Clean-Private

Start your day off right with a cup of coffee watching the birds, squirrels eating and playing in our quiet backyard. We are located 2.5 miles from the sands of Venice Beach and 2.5 miles off route 75 and downtown Venice. Enjoy all the amenities of home withRoku TV, high speed internet and cooking utensils. There is a small shed with beach chairs, noodles and umbrella. Washer and dryer also available upon request.

Private entrance and your own driveway and parking. Entrance to the unit is at the back of the house. Large room with recliner loveseat, 40” TV, Queen size bed, table and chairs, twin burner, microwave, blender, coffee pot, toaster oven, tea kettle, sink and full refrigerator. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Outside has a table and chairs. You are welcome to enjoy a fire pit upon request: roast a marshmallow or hot dog. You are also welcome to use the gas grill upon request to enjoy a good steak or whatever is your pleasure.

I allow my guest their privacy. I am always available by phone. If guest want to interact I am always happy to do ao. Located approximately 35 minutes from Sarasota airport and Punta Gorda airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Tampa International airport.

Very close to downtown, beaches and restaurants. Easy to go to beach for sunrise or sunset. Unit had everything you could think of to need to make your stay comfortable.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. We were looking for something smaller and in an easy to access area. It is near several beaches and shops. There was a vendor's market we went to one day. This place had everything we needed to cook and beach supplies! Host is so sweet and quick to respond if needed. Would definitely recommend to others!

Debbie’s studio was the perfect size for a trip that I took with my son. It was very clean, had great amenities, the location was convenient and her communication was stellar. The room was perfect for what I needed, clean, easy access, private driveway, this was important as I needed to leave early in the morning. Although I did not meet the host, communication via email was timely and precise. If I need to be back in Venice, I will book again. Thank you.

The studio apartment was just as advertised. In the heart of Venice, easily accessible, clean and comfortable. It was just what I needed for the night.Additionally, the landlord left a little gift as a special reminder of visiting Venice, Florida.

Great location

Easy access to get anywhere! Clean and well stocked. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys were available to use.Only odd thing about studio, entry door is into bathroom. So always going through bathroom to enter/exit living area.

We enjoyed our 4 nights here at Debbie's place.We had our privacy and never even met Debbie,we were able to say our goodbyes to her friend Barbie who was very nice. We cooked dinner one night, steak's on the grill and baked potatoes,it was perfect! Thank you Debbie for an amazing place to stay on our vacation,your studio was perfect for everything we needed. Oh and loved the high water pressure from the shower 😊

the place was great close to everything only a short ride to beach if a moose.member just a few miles away only con was there is noise from main house i go to bed early you will need ear plugs if you stay up late you are fine
