Downtown Bellevue- Just a short walk to world class shopping, restaurants, theaters, parks and numerous high rise buildings housing over 30 national and international businesses.

A complete remodel - EVERYTHING NEW! Beautiful 1144 sq ft - first floor condo located in quiet, private development with beautiful green foliage. and indoor- outdoor pool. Quick access to freeways both north/south and east/west. No elevators, no stairs, no parking fees!

Two ensuite bedrooms, one king and one queen, located on opposite side of the living space for maximum privacy. Also has a queen sofa sleeper; unit sleeps 6.
King bedroom has desk, extra monitor and large screen TV.

Full size kitchen with new cabinets and stainless appliances, bar seating, dishwasher, disposal, granite countertops, oven-stove top, microwave, Keurig latte machine, toaster oven. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and common spices, you name it, we tried to provide it. This unit coming on the market Sept22 is brand new; if we missed something, please, let us know.
*Large dining room table seats eight.
*Washer and dryer located in unit.
*Inviting living room has 65" Samsung TV with free streaming service
*High speed WiFi services the entire unit and is suitable for gaming / business
*Hotel quality linens, towels and bath condiments are provided.
*Desk and extra monitor for those remote / travelling workers.
*Pets only allowed based on renter/owner discussion.

The unit was originally designed for handicap access so all the doors are wide, no stairs, and the two handicap parking spots are 50" from the front door however there are no further handicap amenities.

We think you'll really love this central location and its bright "modern industrial" feel !

Great location...clean and cozy.

We were in town for the UDUB family weekend. The condo was perfectly located being so close to downtown Bellvue and only a 20 min drive to the University. The place was clean, remodeled with all the latest amenities. It was also super quiet and the you could easily access all freeways and toll roads within 1-2 miles. We will certainly be using this location again if available. Perfectly suited our needs!

Fantastic Stay!

The place was exactly as pictured/described online. It was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean! The owners were very responsive and communicative throughout our whole stay. I hope to stay there again next time I'm in town!

Great condo downtown Bellevue

We flew to Seattle for the Seahawks opening game. Decided to stay in Bellevue for all the great dining opportunities. This condo was immaculate, everything was new and in excellent condition. It was a great location with five minute walk to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Great home base for a family trip!

Clean and comfortable place to stay for family of four with two kids 5 and 7. Super convenient location to walk to restaurants and kid entertainment (Bellevue Downtown Park and KidQuest Children’s Museum). Easy access to 405 to get to the rest of the Seattle area.

Welcoming & Comfortable

This home provided us with a clean, beautifully updated, space to relax and unwind after a long day. The owners are extremely communicative and friendly. The primary bedroom bed was THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in ages. Overall, it was exactly what we needed and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Easy Bellevue Stay

Great location, an easy walk to downtown Bellevue and all it has to offer. The condo is well set up, the kitchen well stocked and the bedding was super comfortable. Ample bathroom linens was great since we did not want to have to do laundry during our stay. Pool not usable during cooler months. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Place to Stay

I have traveled around the country and have stayed in many condos. This unit by far was one of the best. The description was spot on. The management was great. The little extras...shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, etc. were really a nice touch. The unit was in a very safe area and in walking distance to downtown Bellevue. Bellevue itself is a great little city to walk around. Even though we had a car, this was great not having to find parking. I would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay there again.

Great Bellevue Condo!

We love this condo! It is extremely clean and updated. The location is just a few blocks north of Bellevue Mall and restaurants. The hosts were terrific and extremely responsive. We stayed after a relative had a surgery and this was easily accessible with a first floor unit and a walk in shower in the master bedroom. Amenities were all there, they thought of everything. This will definitely be a place to stay when we visit Seattle in the future.

Bellevue Gem

Beautiful, stylish property located in walking distance to all Bellevue has to offer. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The owners were very friendly and provided a lot of great information about the unit, restaurants and things to do. It was nice having hair products, blow dryers and simple amenities that aren't always provided in VRBO's. We arrived in town early and since the unit was ready we were allowed access before 4:00. We really appreciated that! We plan to rent this gem again on a future visit.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this condominium. As Seattle residents, we needed temporary accommodation while our hardwood floors were being refinished, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is truly outstanding, offering a short and enjoyable walk to downtown Bellevue and all its restaurants, theaters, shopping, and parks. We were able to try some amazing new restaurants within walking distance. The condominium itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It exceeded our expectations by providing everything we needed, everything we forgot and more! The host was very proactive about making sure our needs were met. He checked in with us several times. It made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in the Bellevue area.

Stayed For a Conference

I travel for work from time to time and I must say this was the best VRBO that I’ve experienced. I usually expect to go shopping on the first day, there was no need. The place had everything and more. Very clean and everything operated. Hosts were wonderful. Kept in contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great location too!

Above and Beyond!!

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to stay. This unit is simply beautiful! Its tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings gave us something to look forward to at the end of each busy day. It is equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen in particular was equipped with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, etc.; everything one might need to cook meals.the location is fantastic as well; easily walkable to shops and restaurants in town. Unfortunately we arrived a day late due to weather. The owners were in constant contact to ensure that we were able to easily access the unit after our long delayed flight. The booklet in the unit provided handy information about the unit and the surrounding area. Thank you Dick and Lorri for being awesome hosts! We didn’t want to leave!
