We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone had their own nice room. The master is huge. Plenty of seating for the four of us with room to spare. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and even had spices, olive oil, etc. Check in and check out was very easy. Great communication. We were close to restaurants and a Walmart where we shopped. It was a nice location for going to Gardem of the Gods, Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings, and Broadmoor Hotel, as well as Seven Falls. Highly recommend!

Springs stay

We really enjoyed the roominess and all the amenities. We had everything we needed. The backyard worked well. It was a safe and comfortable place for our dog to relax for outdoor time. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood.

On line the pictues showed a cute place. When we arrived, it was fairly clean, but on closer inspection, the sofas had food crumbs and looked as if they hasn't been vacuumed. We absolutely loved our stay there. It had everything that we needed. The accommodations were great. Location was great. One thing you might address are the legs on the kitchen table. They're very loose and wobbly. Thank you so much. It made a great Christmas for our family.

Great Accommodations

Great neighborhood, comfortable bed, had plenty of things that would be needed for a comfortable stay throughout the house. A couple problems were noted, nothing that affected my stay. Notified the host and they were very responsive. Great communication from booking to checkout!

Holiday stay

Chose Colorado Springs as central-ish point for family holiday. Found property to be really great. Loved the location - quick easy drive to sites in and around Colorado Springs, also spent yime in Denver and Pueblo. Home provides plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet.

Highly recommend

Good safe location. Easy to get to. Very clean!!! Comfortable beds. We did not have any issues that required communication with home owner, however she was attentive and quick to respond to questions before the stay. I would stay there again.
