Impeccable, spacious, and modernist design. Very open but also with plenty of private spaces. Clean and tasteful decor. Awesome location and garage parking was a huge plus.

Location was central to everything we wanted to experience. Concert at Ford Amphitheater, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cog Railway to Pikes Peak and Seven Falls. Most destinations were 15 minutes or less. Amphitheater a little further. Plenty of restaurants within short distance. Ivy School is worth checking out. 1916 school converted into food court and brewery. Outdoor movies shown on weekends. Wonderful atmosphere. Edelweiss Restaurant two doors down and had outdoor seating and wonderful food. Our host accommodated us with early arrival with us coming in from Denver airport. The home was clean, spacious for everyone to spread out and have their own space at the end of the day. Mornings and evenings on the balconies was so enjoyable. Beautiful weather and beautiful views of the mountains.

Fantastic house! Great space, wonderful kitchen and the view off the deck was beautiful! Loved how quiet it was and how easy to walk to food, groceries, etc it was. Loved all the tips of places to go, etc and how immaculate the house was! Can’t wait to come again!

Check in procedure was flawless. Rental was clean upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and laid out nicely. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked well, although some essentials such as foil or ziplocks or even Tupperware would have been appreciated. Air conditioning worked well in the high heat we were having during our week. Owner was quick to respond to questions. 10/10 would use this place again.

Family Getaway

Eric was an incredible host and very responsive! This house is located in a central location and it was within 5 miles of everything we wanted to do. Eric even gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. We will be staying here again!

Super Property!!

This modern luxury rental was everything as advertised! Excellent location and great accommodations! Tons of room, big bedrooms and bathrooms! Kitchen is excellent for cooking and entertaining and a big deck to enjoy the mountain views. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this rental. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well-appointed home. It was so spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend in Colorado Springs visiting family. We loved the artwork and open, modern setting that was bright and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. We even had a chance to enjoy the outdoor dining area on one warm day. All our interactions with the host were great -he was very responsive and helpful. We plan to stay here again when back in Colorado Springs! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Exceeded up to our expectations

We booked this home because our kids thought it looked cool in the pictures, and if anything, the pictures didn't do it justice. We had a great time and were very comfortable. The location was also convenient and close to all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommended.

Modern Delight

Property was spacious, very clean and well arranged. It was close to the highways that we used. Grocery store nearby. Had a little trouble with one lock. Contacted the owner and he told me what to do (I was doing it wrong ). he latter followed up to make sure I got it right. Thanks for such a response.

Family vacation

This house was great for our stay in Colorado Springs. The location was good, convenient to the attractions we wanted to see and there were lots of places to eat close by. The house was very nice and clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs which was a good layout for our family. It was nice to have a garage to park in as well.

Escape the Texas Heat

Beautiful modern layout close to activities

Four adults traveling so we only needed 2 bedrooms, but the place could easily and comfortably accommodate 4 couples. It was super clean and beautiflly remodeled, with an open common area (living rm, dining rm, kitchen) and high celiings. Location: perfect for access to Pike's Peak railway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and Broadmoor Seven Falls. Hosts were very responsive and had coffee, sweetener and creamer stocked at the house...nice touch! Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Contemporary and very spacious. Nice and open floor plan for gathering. Close to everything. Modern, very clean and amenities were plentiful! Had everything we needed. Loved the lower level apartment, primary suite and 2car garage The balcony space was perfectly sized. Loved the artistic decor! Very well designed. The attention to detail was incredible! Colorado Springs Vacation

You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful modern space. Great location in a fun neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Close to Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. Enjoyed patio with Mountain View after day filled hiking. Would recommend Ivy Wild Restaurant with in walking distance.

Great for Families

Perfect for our 4-day stay for a wedding. Central area is great for hanging out with family and the industrial vibe is cool. Plenty of walkable food options and good short drive to downtown. Very clean as well. The lower level separate efficiency was great, although we didn't use it as such. Would definitely come again.

Great Home but neighborhood, not so much

This is literally a 5 star home which was comfortable, open, nicely decorated & near some cool restaurants. There was a shortage on silverware and some glassware, but we just washed often. However, on our 3rd (out of 4) night, the woman who was staying in the downstairs suite, which has a glass door that leads directly to the street as well as a glass wall slider door, heard noises directly behind the bed where she was sleeping. She got up to investigate and saw 2 homeless men hunkered down for the night, leaning on the wall right next to the outside door (no more than 2 ft from where she was peeking through the blinds). The homeless population in this area is significant and we were told by the adjacent business that this is very common. Given the exposure of the glass door, as well as the noise the men were making as they sat out there all night (last time we checked was 4:30am) scrolling on their phones and smoking (we're not sure what), my friends staying in the 2 downstairs brs were not comfortable being on that floor. So for our final 2 nights, we doubled up in the two upstairs bedrooms. I called the police who finally drove by around 2:30am, but said they didn't see anything (we were asleep by this point) and I notified the property manager the next day. His response was I'm so sorry this happened, if it happens again, contact the Homeless Outreach Team. We paid too much for this to turn into a 2br home when we booked a 4br.

Family birthday celebration

This was the perfect house for my husband’s birthday celebration that included adult children and siblings. The house was exactly as advertised, spacious and well furnished. Bedrooms are spaced to allow privacy. The host always responded quickly with helpful information. The location was very convenient. I’d love to stay here again.

This spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a heated two-car garage, and two patios with mountain views. The heated concrete floors, tall ceilings, big windows, granite counter tops, and comfortable beds are the details that will make this home hard to leave.

The home is about 5 minutes away from the Broadmoor, Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Downtown, and Stratton Open Space Hiking Trails. Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Seven Falls, and Pikes Peak are about 10 minutes away.

The property could not be more centrally located to attractions, retail shops, and restaurants. We find the location to be a perfect launching pad for Colorado Springs, however it is important to note there is potential for traffic noise given its urban environment.

Absolutely NO parties or large events. Parties or loud events will result in your immediate removal from the property and a $750 fine will be issued. By booking this property you are agreeing to this term.

We are legal with city permitting restrictions (STR-0743) so rest assured your booking will not be canceled last minute!
