19th century stone house with roof terrace in the village of Siran/Occitanie

The house is situated in the heart of the old village Siran, famous for his wine (Minervois) at the foot of the Montagne Noir and half way between Carcassonne and Narbonne. It lies in a narrow lane with no traffic noise. When standing on the roof terrace, you have a beautiful look over the hills and vineyards up to the Pyrenees. It is a small house with 3 floors. 3 steps from the street lead into the dining-room with open fireplace and kitchen area. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with double bed (160x200) and the bathroom. On the second floor a room with sloping ceilings and French windows leading on to terrace. There is another double bed (120x200). The small roof terrace is south-east-facing and not overlooked by neighbours.
