Located in the center between Hollywood, davie, pembroke pines and miramar, close to the turnpike, palmetto and l75, in front of the house you have the BCC college where there is a park with gym machine, archives and computer library, restaurants you can walk around, Hollywood beach 15-20 minutes, sawn grass mall 20-25 minutes, hard rock cafe casino 10 minutes, stadium 15 minutes, very disposable and central. Maximun 2 cars allowed. Forkliftare not allowed, unless accepted by the owner
It is a duplex ( 2 different departments), nothing is share except the pool.
Important! if there is an additional guest and it is not reported by 11pm at the latest, it will be charged with a charge of 50 dollars per night.
