This condo sits alongside a creek in Springwood Villas, a property that boasts an outdoor swimming pool just 50 yards away. Enjoy a fitness center located across the street for your morning workouts, as well as easy access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts and the Van der Meer Tennis Center across the street in either direction. Both Coligny Beach Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just over half a mile away. You'll also find more restaurants, bars, and shops located within a mile.

After a day spent at the beach, come home to relax on the private balcony overlooking the pool, which is also a wonderful spot for your morning coffee, appetizers at sunset, and dessert after dinner.

Inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, an up-to-date kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and dining space for six. Stream a favorite movie on the living room TV before retiring to the two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own TV and en suite bathroom. Other at-home essentials include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
