there were a number of issues initially, example, a broken recliner, chair, which they replaced; door lock did not function, which was replaced; the cookware was terrible, but management replaced it; the unit should be in much better shape than we found it for the next group.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had some issues upon your arrival and how frustrating it must have been at the start of your stay. The concerns you mentioned—including the broken recliner, door lock malfunction, and inadequate cookware—are not representative of the experience we aim to provide. We acted as quickly as possible to replace each of these items during your visit, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve them. Since your arrival, we hope the steps we have taken will make the 2nd month of your stay much more comfortable. We added this property to our rental program in the fall/winter of 2025 and feel that it will be very attractive for winter snowbirds like yourselves as well as weekly rentals for families to enjoy. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a much better experience next winter.
