Location, Location! All are welcome ✨Come enjoy the Best of both worlds. Just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville! Only 4 Miles from the BILTMORE ESTATE !!
Our beautiful home is located on the “Mountain To Sea Trail”( just walk to the end of the street to access the trail!! ) and 1 mile from the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Entrance.
Private, peaceful, quiet , safe neighborhood
The Blue Ridge Parkway offers plenty of hiking, gorgeous views and picnic spots.
We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville , the Biltmore Estate and the South Slope breweries .
Shoji Spa is just up the road for a Hot Tub or massage.
The huge deck is perfect for grilling and family gatherings . It overlooks the Fire-pit and a large, private yard.
The large kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. It’s well equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. Coffee and Tea
Pretty wine glasses, beer mugs, and seating for 8 people.
The dining room opens on to the large deck with additional dining table and grill.
The light-filled main floor is open concept living and dining rooms.
It holds 3 spacious bedrooms ,including the master on main with a private bathroom.

The sunroom has a nice selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.

Our home is in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood of large trees and occasionally bear visitors

Lovely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the deck even though we had some rain. Comfortable beds. We would stay here again and longer than 2 nights.

Perfect for our family gathering. Great house with plenty of space for everyone. We have family that live in the neighborhood so we know how special that area is. Quiet streets for beautiful walks.And the house was very well stocked for us to cook our family meals. Really great!

Our family of 4 had a really nice visit in this house, close to town and many hiking trails. We had lots of room to spread out and relax on a couple of the rainy days that we spent indoors. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and sitting out on the back deck was really relaxing.

Great getaway for new years

A nice home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked and served as a great base for our long weekend in Asheville. We would stay there again.

Perfect ,quiet location

Perfect place for for a family to vacation in Asheville. Close to the Biltmore village and the Biltmore Estate. The house is well appointed with a lovely deck to have your morning coffee. The bathrooms are a good size and the beds are so comfortable. We were here for my son!s wedding and it perfect

Excellent location!

This property is 5-10 minutes from anything you could want to do in Asheville! Good size for a group, comfy couches and master bed, great communication with owner. Value price for the location!

Girls getaway to the Biltmore

This property was the perfect distance for our of visiting the Biltmore, going on a hike and exploring breweries! The host was super kind and helpful when we had questions. There was a lovely porch for coffee in the morning and firepit for the evenings. We had an amazing time!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for our friends to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Spacious kitchen! Good tables (inside and outside) for dining and games. We didn’t feel cramped at all with 6 adults.

Great house! Great Location!

Home is warm and inviting with plenty of space! Loved walking my dog around the neighborhood,neighbors very friendly. Easy access to Mountain to Sea trail. Location is convenient to downtown,the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would stay here again and Rebecca Ann was a pleasure!

Girls trip

Great location of the house. Asheville is a fun place to visit. Wonderful restaurants and shopping. While eating on the rooftops, we enjoyed beautiful view of the mountains. The comedy bus tour, LaZoom was a great way to see the city. The art district fun. The Biltmore and gardens is fantastic!

Fantastic Holiday week… 8 family members that had not all been together at the same time for quite a while. House accomodated us all very well. Great kitchen, very well stocked with preparation and serving utensils and dishes. Without a doubt we would definitely come back here should we ever be back in the Asheville area.

Perfect weekend!

Our family came to this house to be together to celebrate two life events for our Warren Wilson College students. This cottage provided the perfect space for our multi-generational group. The space provided adequate sleeping space and additional spaces for “break away” groups. The house was comfortable and the attention to detail in the furnishings and embellishments were a plus. Five stars!!!

Fantastic place for family

This is one of the best rentals we have ever had. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, 3 bathrooms!. Very clean with new kitchen and baths. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and large size pots and pans. Basic spices, coffee provided. Great seating options for socializing and dining. All this and just minutes away from the Biltmore. We loved every bit of our stay!

My granddaughters first trip to the US

My son lives in the Netherlands with his partner and they had a baby girl last October. This was their first visit to the States and the first opportunity for the Stateside members of the family to see the new baby.
