Pets Welcome at this Hot Tub Three Bedroom

*The host will send you a separate email requesting payment at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until the booking has been paid for through their credit card processor. The host will cancel if payment is not received within 24 hours. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.*

South Asheville Townhome, with outdoor space, and contemporary design. This 3-bedroom townhome features two king and one queen bedrooms.
The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

The space was just as pictured. Well appointed w linees, kitchen set up, appliances, even soap/cleaner packs for guests in case they didn’t bring some necessities. Hot tub was awesome! Quiet, tucked in little neighborhood, close to a bunch of shops.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could have needed, and only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and stores. The style and décor were perfect, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day out. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve already saved this listing for future trips to Asheville and will definitely be recommending it to friends. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in!

Great spot

The location was great. It was spacious and clean. The outside deck was very peaceful in the early morning and it serves as a great spot to see the sunset. Check in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful townhouse

We needed a convenient place to stay to attend a family funeral and this place was a wonderful home to have for it. Beautifully furnished, quiet and wonderfully equipped.

Great Mid-Week Getaway

This property was perfect for my two teenage children and I. It was a nice mid-week escape that allowed me to work from "home" in the mornings, enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding areas had to offer in the afternoons / evenings, and unwind in comfort each night. Wonderful property that was very clean, simple, and met all of our needs!

Nice stay

Very clean and well stocked. Just as described. Hosts are quick to respond if needed. Liked being able to use the garage for parking. Very quiet neighborhood which was a huge bonus for us.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Very clean. The place was bigger than we expected so there was plenty of room. We loved that it was close to everything but secluded enough to relax in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Visit with friends

Our friends live around the corner in Royal Pines so this was a great location. This place is 2 floors with one bedroom and en-suite upstairs and two bedrooms with bathroom downstairs. House was super convenient to hang out and cook in and visit. Hot tub was nice touch.

Nice place

The place was nice, everything seemed pretty new and updated. However there was someone's hair in the sheets of the main bed when we first got there and we had ants on the top floor.

Weekend getaway

The location was close to everything we needed. Hot tub was great. Everything in the place was nice. View from deck had good view of the fall leaves. No noise from neighbors. Im not big on doing reviews, but i can say I would stay there again.

Family vacation

The place was as beautiful as pictured. All areas of use were clean and as communicated. Property managers responded quickly and were wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful, Like New, and Super Clean

The property was spotless, well appointed, very close to restaurants and a short drive to the Biltmore Estate which was the reason for our stay. I love how there were 2 bedrooms down stairs and another little living area downstairs as well. The only complaint that I have is that the hot tub was very much over chlorinated. We couldn't run the jets because it burned our eyes and made us cough and it also stung our skin. We could only use it for a few minutes. But, hey, at least we knew it was extra clean! VERY NICE PLACE!!
