This was a great location, we were able to walk to dinner and get coffee in the morning. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Really great spot. Very comfortable for 2 couples. As someone else noted in their review, if you are sensitive to foot noise from the upstairs apartment, just be aware that it can be heard. Our party was not bothered by it for the 1 day out of our stay that guests were upstairs. No issues whatsoever parking on the street.

We loved our stay! Communication with the host couldn’t have been better, and the place was sparkling clean! It was wonderful to be able to easily walk into town and parking on the street was no problem at all. AC worked great! Would definitely stay here again! If you’re bothered by noise, there was a bit of foot traffic noise from upstairs but that’s to be expected from a 100 year old home.

We loved staying in this property, which was within easy walking distance of downtown Napa. The home was immaculate, check in was easy and communication with the host was also easy. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We also enjoyed the fire pit outside. We highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

Loved this property! Great location and easy to walk to downtown restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked and there are several sitting areas outside which were very pleasant. Beds were so comfortable and it was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was awesome. In particular, we loved the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy on the street. It was a short walk to downtown Napa. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful bottom level of a duplex with vaulted ceilings, spacious throughout. Very walkable to downtown, about 3 blocks. Great stay!

We loved staying here! It is a beautiful space. Parking was easy, there were plenty of towels, generous shower toiletries, the kitchen was great, and there were some bottles of water in the fridge. We left some unopened bottles of water and some olive oil for the next person to enjoy. It is a great location to downtown Napa. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise. We liked the patio too and the bathrooms were wonderful.We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others. A thoughtful touch could be a small menu of nearby grocery stores or good restaurant suggestions but this is not a complaint. We have seen this in other VRBOs and it was really helpful and thoughtful. We also kept looking for Kleenex but there was not any that we could find. Overall, I would rate this a 10/10. The notes are mere notes, it did not negatively impact our stay.
