Cozy PCB Beach HOME~Walk Right 2 Beach & Pet Friendly!

Amazing centrally located place!! 5 min walk to the beach, 7 minutes from Walmart, 1 mile to frank brown park, 1 mile to Pier Park and just a 10 min drive to Rosemary/30A! Home features: fully loaded kitchen, gas grill, keyless entry, games/books, full coffee bar with complimentary coffee and creamer, fast wifi, Disney + and Netflix streaming on all tvs, washer/dryer, private parking. We are pet friendly with a MAXIMUM of 3 well trained pets for an additional pet fee which is required to be paid at booking. This house is 3 bedrooms/2 baths and can sleep up to 9 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with a pull out twin sofa bed + another pull out twin under the bunk beds. This house can hold a maximum of 9 people per the fire departments safety guidelines.

Fun weekend getaway

Walk to beach is a bit of a pain due to construction work but it is still less than 10 min. Great size and wonderful owner. Very close to supermarket and CVS.

Baseball tournament trip

We had 20 people staying in Panama City . It was great fun and nice times at family dinners. We appreciated the convience of the location of the cottage. It was very spacious.

Overall, it's good value for the price.

The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. The home was lovely, but the beach access was farther than we expected based on the listing. Thankfully, we brought our golf cart, as walking that distance with a baby would have been difficult.

I’m so sorry the walk to the beach seemed farther than pictured, we did put quite a few drone pictures in our listing to show that it’s about a 3-4 min walk to the beach just down the street, but we do apologize if the walk seemed farther than it looks in the listing. We also do provide a double stroller in case we have guests with little ones and we’ve never had any complaints. Thank you for the feedback and we hope to host you again in the future. Thank you!

Family Vacation w/dogs

Overall it was a great house! We were supposed to travel 7 of us and 4 pups but last minute it was only 5 adults and 2 puppies. We had plenty of room everything was cozy and welcoming. The water pressure in the shower was great! There were some minor cosmetic damages but nothing important rather normal wear. The beds were comfy. The puppies enjoyed the stay as well. We would definitely xonsider staying here again. We had great communication with the host and a great time! We did forget to sign the sign in book.

The host was amazing. Communication responses were quick. House was comfortable and exactly as described. Reserving the house was easy with options of how to pay. My grand girls loved the pirate room. There was 4 adults, a 6 year old, a 5 year old, and a 6 month old; we had plenty of room and didn’t cramped. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Fenced-in side yard for them to run around. 10/10 stay. Thanks for an amazing vacation. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Heidi was a great host!!! The property was very family friendly! The location could not of been better!!!! Walking distance to beach(5min) and many other places. This was our 1st family vacation to PCB. Grandkids loved it!!! Only issue we had was gas tank to grill was empty. I contacted Heidi and the property manager came in a very timely manner to fill it!!! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!!! Definitely will be back!!!
