This adorable Summer Towne Cottage is located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful gulf view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video!

We own cottage 13 next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate up to 12. See VRBO 7885294 for calendar availability or contact host for details.

Two full bedrooms with queen Beautyrest pillow top mattresses located downstairs, each with a full bathroom and ample closet space. Master bedroom has television & dvd player.

Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sectional sofa converts to a large a queen sleeper. 55" television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils needed for cooking meals.

Beach is a very short walk directly across the street to Beach Access 60. Private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises.

All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) for pet approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required.

Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county! Dog Beach begins at Beach Access 56 and heads west towards Beach Access 60.

No crowds, no waiting on elevators, come and go with ease!!!

Park your car in the private driveway and you won't need it again until you depart. You can walk everywhere you need to go or better yet bring your bicycles! Vehicles may not park in the grass. Contact host if you need to bring a trailer.

Heated community pool with bathrooms.

Folding beach chairs, beach cart, misc beach supplies & umbrellas provided for use.

Personal beach service available upon request for an additional fee. This includes tent and chair set up daily on the beach (available seasonally). Ask host for pricing.

Another Fabulous Trip

This was our 6th time staying at the cottage. Every time has been wonderful. Even our little fur baby loves the house. And it is so convenient right across from the dog beach. We are already planning our next trip.

Such a great spot to stay! Not dealing with elevators and a parking garage was amazing! Owners are great and the property was perfect! Also the beach access right across the street was amazing! It’s basically a private beach and had maybe 6 others families at most when we’d go! There was always plenty of room! If you’ve ever stayed at any of the high rises in PCB you understand how awesome these things are! Open beach, no time wasted on elevators and parking, and owners who take pride in their property…made for a perfect vacay!

Amazing host and wonderful stay! We had 4 adults and two teen girls. It was spacious and perfect location to pier park. All within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach access is directly across the street and pool in the rear of the property. We met some really cool people in the area and will definitely return. Our host was welcoming when we arrived as she was next door cleaning so we met her. We love PCB! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your cottage in paradise!

Great Vacation!!!

We loved this cottage so much!! It was perfect for us and our dogs!! The location was convenient to Pier Park and beach/dog beach. The owners were great and such an easy check in and check out. We are looking forward to returning later this summer!!!

Everything was so nice! We had our family and our dog. So nice to be able to walk to Pier Park and the dog-friendly beach. This townhouse was amenities were absolutely lovely!!

Amazing cottage/Perfect location

We absolutely love this cottage!!! The location is perfect!! Just steps to the beach which is never crowded. It’s perfect for us and our dogs!! The owners are great to work with. We have finally found the perfect place to stay year after year.

The cottage was great! It was clean, perfect location and came with everything needed while in the home and at the beach! This made being away from home a breeze! The beach was just across the road with plenty of room, we never had to rush down to get a spot. Food, shopping and entertainment was just a short walk from the cottage. We can't wait to go back we had such an amazing stay! This will definitely be the spot we return to!

The house was very clean when checking in. Check in process was easy. I have stayed at several different houses in Summertowne and this was my families favorite house. House was updated and well taken care of. Will definently rent this home again.

Perfect in every way!

I feel that rarely does a vacation exceed expectations but staying at your cottage on Panama City Beach blew us away. My wife calls #11 charming and adorable. I agree! Everything was even better than advertised. The location, the literally private beach, Pier Park and a dog beach right up the street was perfect for us. Every morning and evening we loved sitting on the balcony just watching people and cars pass and enjoying the view of the gulf.

One word…..Fantastic!!

Everything you need is here. 60 second walk to the sand and ocean. Beautiful and clean condo. Amazing views. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Responsive and friendly hosts and so much more. A booking you won’t regret.

Enjoyable

We had an awesome time. Place was very clean and neat. Property was around everything you needed. You name it and it was right around the corner in walking distance. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Will definitely be my vacation spot. Had a wonderful host. Only one thing, you need to bring towels. Not complaining. The overall stay was excellent.

Another Great Year!

This was our 5th time staying at this house. It has been nothing but spectacular every time. From being close to the dog beach, we bring our little 12 pound Malshi with us, to being in walking distance to Pier Park. We drive from Colorado park the car and don't have to use it the entire week. Already looking forward to next time.
