The Space
Experience New Orleans from this historic 1830s condo in the heart of the CBD. With 12' windows, cherrywood floors, and modern comforts, you are steps away from the French Quarter and Warehouse District.

Master Suite: King memory foam bed, ensuite bath (tub/shower).

Guest Room: Full bed, ensuite bath (walk-in shower).

Living Area: Sofa bed (Full memory foam) and a 65" Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode.

Kitchen & Laundry: Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Location & Transportation
You are in the Picayune Place Historic District, perfectly situated between business and tourist hubs. A car is not needed—you can walk almost anywhere.

Walkable: French Quarter, Harrah’s, Aquarium, WWII Museum, and Bourbon St.

Transit: Steps from Canal St. and St. Charles streetcars, buses, and the Algiers Ferry.

Ride Share: Uber/Lyft wait times are typically under 2 minutes.

Important Notes
Capacity: Ideal for 4 guests; maximum occupancy is 6.

Parking: No on-site parking, but paid lots are available nearby.

Requirements: A separate online Identity Verification and Rental Agreement must be completed before arrival.

The location is great! The apartment is awesome! The host is exemplary! The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Theres a little bar downstairs, but its stays quiet. There is occasionally a bit of street noise, but it IS in a city.The bed is comfortable, the apartment is impeccably clean. The furnishings and appliances are nice and work as they should.The hosts are top notch. They were always available to help and prompt! They left us alone, but were happy to make recommendations for local attractions when asked. The only potential negative was quickly turned into a positive. When we got there, the door code didnt work. Electronics dont always cooperate with me. I called Annie and it was literally fixed in under a minute. I cant ask for more than that!!! All in all: 10/10 across the board! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Perfect Location!

Location is PERFECT and property is clean and in a safe area. Can very comfortably sleep 4 people but accommodate up to 6 thanks for the air mattress provided.

Awesome Place Great Location

This was one if the best places we stayed. Very clean. Easy access. Great host. Highly recommend if you are visiting New Orleans. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent communication from our host. The place was amazing and I wish we could live there! Close enough to walk to WW2 museum, Saenger Theater, Aquarium.

Loved this condo!

The place was perfect. Location was better than expected. Right in the area we prefer to stay. Beds were comfy. Space was modern, clean and esthetically pleasing. The master bedroom is very close to a bar so headphones are a plus for light sleepers. It's Nola so a little noise expected. We will definitely try to stay here again.
