Very nice property. This was clean and was as advertised. Perfect for two couples. Walking distance to Canal and Bourbon streets. Iron horse coffee shop around the corner was handy. Property management was very helpful.

Beautiful rental!!! We had the best experience. Newly renovated. Very safe location! Easy walking distance to Canal Street and other activities. Fun restaurant and bar below the property. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!! Perfect spot!

The property was excellent quiet street and centrally located for access to the Art/Warehouse and French Quarter districts. The space had a great boutique feel. The host was wonderful to work with promptly answering any questions and made late check out easy. I used the gym for a session and it was also a great to have amenity. Everything looked fairly new and all appliances were operational. Overall a very neat clean rustic modern vibe. The only thing that could be improved is the super musty smell in the kitchen and large open room. Outside of that fantastic place to stay in New Orleans.

Great for proximity to the conference center!

The place was exactly as described! We had some minor trouble with the door code but the team was very responsive and got it sorted quickly. The place is huge, clean and had very comfortable furniture (couch and beds). It was very walkable to the conference center and riverfront (5-10 min) and about 0.8 miles from the heart of Bourbon St (20 min walk). We would stay again.

Apartment is amazing!!!!

This property is outstanding. It was so clean and decorated perfect. Love the industrial look mixed with some rustic. It was so comfortable and felt like home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great place & location

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL UNIT Well stocked, VERY COMFY beds, nice attention to little details. The management was very thorough & checking in summary text message made this easy. Slight issue of forgetting to program our code into the building entrance, and a musty odor in the AC vents, initially not noticeable as they used a covering spray to mask, but by next day more noticeable. Contacted management who assured me this would be corrected. Overall we were very pleased with unit, comfort snacks, helpful info for NOLA, and very comfortable beds. Would gladly return-, very nice stay.

Great location

Apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and easy to get to. Great location only a few blocks from the convention center and 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. No on site parking, but there are lots within a couple blocks for reasonable rates

Perfect NOLA stay

This is a beautiful, spacious & comfortable condo. Easy access, secure, and convenient to quarter, WWII museum and convention area. Everything was as stated and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Convenient to Quarter and WWII museum

Property is great. As long as you are ready to walk, it’s very convenient. If bustle and local activity are what you want, it can feel a little isolated but really is not. Just a few blocks from many options.

Comfortable Condo

This condo is well appointed with a really comfortable couch and great living space. Beds are great, the stocked refrigerator was a really nice touch. Management was onsite and helpful. My only issue was the apartment had a moldy smell when you enter that we seemed to get used to, but I thought it important to share, I'll add, the apartment was spotless!

5 stars for sure. If I could more stars I would. This host was very accommodating, very easy to get in touch with, provided excellent check in and check out instructions. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that host provided small snack basket and some waters and a few beverages to get you started as well as all the necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The place was clean, and updated. Looked just like the pictures maybe even better. We could walk everywhere. Easy walk to the casino, the French Quarter and even to the sports dome. We did not need a vehicle one we checked in. We felt very safe even walking later in the evening. So much to see and do in this very cool town. Would definitely come back here and stay a little longer next time.

Nice place everything you need!

Upon walking through the front door, we knew we had chose the right place. It was very clean, neat and tidy. There was a bit of a musty smell, but it was not horrible. Everything we needed was included. We were a little disappointed that the patio opened into an inner area where there was another patio directly across. If you’re going to New Orleans and looking for a place that is centralized this is great. Short walk to the street car depot. Also short walk to the World War II museum. Plenty of food options around. Quiet street, and we were there Halloween night.
