The detached villa is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, and garden shower.

Location
Pacengo. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Lazise è un luogo turistico sulla sponda sud del lago di garda, sotto la provincia di Verona. Il sito è composto dalle località Lazise, Colà di Lazise e Pacengo di Lazise Access is via a field or forest track. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 10 m, 2 m deep).

Airport in Villafranca di Verona 24 km. A few steps from the port of Pacengo with crane and slipway. In summer: Lake Garda 150 m in Pacengo (beach 600 m in Lido Ronchi with lawn, sand and gravel). Lake Garda offers a wide range of sports activities for all ages - for example, mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, walking, horse riding. Free climbing and paragliding can also be practised in this area.

Bathroom with shower and WC.
