Worst experience! The house description and photos didn’t match this rental, only some parts of the house were renovated and nothing was clean. The bunk beds were not secure and the mattresses seemed to come directly from a dump. Fireplace is condemned. At least one window was not locking, not safe for my family and belongings. The heathers and air conditioning was so dirty, it was scary to breathe the air This rental is not meeting basic health and safety standards. After calling vrbo, the agent told us to take our things, take pictures and leave. This is what we did, but despite multiple calls with vrbo, we don’t know if we will be reimbursed yet. The owner was not able to fix these sanitary issues and is not willing to reimburse us. I thought I would be safe to rent from vrbo listings instead we had to find a new place to sleep the day of our arrival. What a stressful experience. Not recommending this rental.
