Clean, nicely decorated, host was super responsive, very close to beach, "welcome refreshments" in the refrigerator, plenty of parking, the downstairs is like a separate apartment with coffee maker, refrigerator, small stove, and microwave. Fluffy towels, comfortable beds and pillows. Multiple patios, grill, comfortable outside furniture and large yard! Lovely stay, will definitely return.

We just returned from a week in Belmar at this fantastic house. It is well equipped, comfortable, laid back and well located. The upstairs layout was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two small children, Having the downstairs area was nice for getting away from the action upstairs for some quiet time or a nap for the kids. Everyone loved the outdoor shower and the huge fenced yard was excellent for the children. Do not hesitate to rent this home away from home.

Fabulous space and location

The house was roomy and in good condition. We loved the location (so close to the beach and downtown) and the host was easy to communicate with about questions. Love that they supply beach chairs and a cart so we didn't have to bring ours.

Great location/ quick walk to beach. Home was incredibly clean and has the benefit of having linens so we didn’t have to rent them. Back yard is amazingly large. Could have played football, soccer, frisbee etc. Will plan for that next time. We had 4 16-19 year olds and three adults. Will be back!

Really lovely home that’s very well maintained and very clean. We had a great stay here. Also, the location is perfect, just a 2 block walk to a beautiful beach. Host was very helpful and welcoming as well. I’d definitely stay again!!

Perfect location!

Comfy bed, all you need for a beach holiday. Easy to walk into Belmar biz district and very short walk to the beach. Great landing pad for ten days with nearby family.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I just got home for our week in this wonderful rental! It had everything we needed, was very clean, great communication with the owner and only a short 1-1/2 block walk to the beach! There are great restaurants within walking distance and/or drive. You pull right into your parking space and walk around the back to the private entrance. We would definitely recommend to any couple looking to spend some time at the beach and we will be coming back here again!!!!!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

I booked the property last minute to get a much needed break for the long weekend. The place was just fantastic - bright and cheery, clean, roomy and just perfect for what I was looking for. The private entrance, large backyard and comfy outdoor furniture was great for morning coffee. The enclosed porch was great nice in the evening. The place is central to everything, yet not in the middle of everything. Jennifer was super responsive and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Amazing location rental in belmar

Great space less than 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to Main Street Belmar! Best of all includes a parking space which is clutch in that area! The rental has its own mini kitchen with a full size fridge, large bedroom, living area and sunroom. It was the perfect space for us + 9 month old baby. Very clean and owners were responsive to questions. Check-in/ check-out was very easy, with private entrance around back to come and go! Would definitely recommend!
