The "Tigertail" house is located in the highly sought after Tigertail area and just 2 blocks away(0.3 miles) from the Tigertail Beach access point. This waterfront 3 bed 3 bath home offers a large outdoor fenced in area complete with heated pool and spa. Master bedroom complete with a renovated bathroom and complete with walk-in shower. Kick your feet up on multiple recliners in the living room. 2nd bedroom equipped with a queen and twin bed and 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds. 3rd full bathroom is located outside off of the pool area.

All beach gear provided for guests to use while staying.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $75 per week, $125 per 2 weeks, $175 per 3 weeks and $200 per month & thereafter.

2nd Stay Here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time we stayed here in the past few months and can't wait to make it back for a third time. Bikes added to the houses was a great surprise! We don't see ourselves staying elsewhere given the setup and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come and specifically look for this Tigertail area every year. Tried this house and could not be happier. It was the closest we have ever stayed to that beach access point, was just around the corner. They just put new carpet in, new paint too throughout. Smelled clean, looked clean. We loved it as it had everything we needed and more.
