Welcome to this modern, fully furnished home, a few years old! Located in the charming St Elmo neighborhood on the slopes of Lookout Mountain, you'll be centrally situated in Chattanooga, close to all major attractions. 🏞️
Enjoy ample space for relaxation and fun! Step outside to explore the fenced backyard, 4 patios, & take in the breathtaking views amidst the lush canopy of Lookout Mountain's trees. 🌳
The space
You’ll have access to the entire top and bottom floors of this modern home, including:
🛏️🛁Master Bedroom: King bed, cozy couch, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity.
🍽️2 Kitchens
🛋️2 Living Rooms
🛌2 Additional Bedrooms with a queen in the upstairs bedroom and the lower unit has a King bed, and 4 twin pins.
🚿2 Full Bathrooms
Enjoy exclusive access to:
🌄🚶Wide Front Porch: Just steps from Guild Trail, which winds up and around Lookout Mountain.
🌞Two Top Back Porches: One covered and one open-air, perfect for any weather.

We live nearby and are available as needed for guests.

🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.
🤫Quiet Hours: 9pm - 8am
🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request.
🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 car and an oversized vehicle.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
