Chattanooga has been incredibly special to me, and the MLK neighborhood in particular holds a unique place in my heart. When I first invested in this home, I saw more than just a property — I saw a neighborhood with history, character, and tremendous potential.
My love for the MLK neighborhood started when I was a student at UTC. Over the years, I’ve continued investing in additional homes in the MLK area because I truly believe in its growth, its residents, and its future. It’s been exciting to watch the neighborhood evolve while still preserving its authentic character.
My commitment goes beyond property ownership. I joined the MLK Neighborhood Board several years ago because I wanted to be actively involved in supporting the community and advocating for its continued improvement. Being part of the board has allowed me to champion responsible growth while honoring the neighborhood’s history and the people who call it home.
Hosting guests here allows me to share a part of Chattanooga that I genuinely care about. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home where visitors can enjoy everything downtown has to offer while experiencing one of the city’s most dynamic and historic areas.

I chose the MLK neighborhood because I saw its potential long before much of the growth began. It’s one of Chattanooga’s most historic and centrally located areas, and I was drawn to its character, architecture, and proximity to downtown, the Riverfront, and UTC.

Over the years, I’ve invested in several homes here because I genuinely believe in this neighborhood and its future. MLK has a strong sense of community, and there’s real pride among the residents who live here — from long-time homeowners to the students who bring energy and life to the area.

We especially love the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga students who call MLK home. They are such an important part of the neighborhood’s vitality, and their presence adds a dynamic, engaged spirit to the community.

As the area continues to grow and improve, I’ve stayed actively involved by serving on the MLK Neighborhood Board. Being part of the board allows me to support responsible development and advocate for both residents and guests. It’s important to me that the neighborhood remains welcoming, well cared for, and respectful of everyone who lives and visits here.

This isn’t just a place I invested in — it’s a neighborhood I’m proud to be part of.

What makes this home unique is the combination of location, space, and long-term care. It’s not a quick flip or a short-term experiment — it’s part of a neighborhood I’ve intentionally invested in for years.

It’s designed to feel welcoming and easy, whether you’re here for a wedding, a UTC event, a family visit, or a weekend exploring downtown Chattanooga.

Another unique advantage is that we own a second home directly across the street. For larger groups, reunions, or wedding parties, both homes can be reserved to comfortably accommodate extended families and friends while still allowing everyone their own space.

Because I’m deeply invested in the MLK neighborhood and serve on the neighborhood board, I take pride in maintaining a well-managed, clean, and respectful property that fits thoughtfully into the community.
