Beautiful place to stay and great location. Close to plenty of food and activities but not in too busy of an area. Clean and comfy beds and had everything we needed for our girls’ trip. Thank you!

Great location walkable to downtown and tons of restaurants. The place has everything needed for a great getaway and perfect for two couples if you travel with friends. Management company is very responsive and their area highlights book is well organized and has great information. We will definitely return!!

We had a lovely stay. It's a great location. Walkable to food, coffee shops, and downtown. It was a good size and layout for 2 couples traveling together.We did have some traffic noise in the front bedroom.It was very clean and well equipped and good communication with the management company.Slabtown is a cute neighborhood. I recommend it when you are in Traverse City.

Our party of 2 adult couples had a great stay. Location was great for our trip. We did experience street noise since it faces one of the main streets in and out of downtown. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. No issues with parking. Communication with the property owner was great. They are highly responsive and helpful. Appreciated the easy checkout. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This place was so clean and decorated to made us feel like you are home. The kitchen was stocked with things you would need and the bed was very comfortable. There are some great takeout restaurants across the street. and a great place to park right under the building.We would love to stay here again.

Pros: clean, good location, good parking, elevator worked, lots of nearby restaurants, good communication with host.Cons: furniture (couch, LR chairs, DR chairs) was cheaply made, not comfortable and not sturdy. Photo shows 2 couches and hassocks in LR, but in reality there was only one couch and two beat up chairs. No reading lamps in LR or MBR. Drapes covered about 2/3 of the windows causing limited light control and privacy. Tripping hazards: LR rug, long curtains obstruct MBR walking space. Second bedroom had no window shades- only curtains that didn’t cover the entire window. No window screens, no grab bars in bathrooms for safety. MBR bed squeaked. The mattresses were too soft and the pillows too hard-we bought 3 pillows and 2 light weight blankets. DR chairs were wobbly and barely padded for any comfort. The condo looks great but is totally uncomfortable. Lighting in LR and MBR was very bad. We believe Seniors especially should avoid this rental. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros thus the low rating.They need to invest in some sturdy, comfortable furniture and some reading lamps.
