The Space:

Brand new building close to food, coffee, a grocery store and a convenient store. The 1,141 sqft condo is spacious and modern. The open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television.



The stylish main bedroom hosts a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.





NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)



Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom.

**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot.**



**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**

This place was so clean and decorated to made us feel like you are home. The kitchen was stocked with things you would need and the bed was very comfortable. There are some great takeout restaurants across the street. and a great place to park right under the building.We would love to stay here again.

This condo is exactly as posted. And my favorite part is that it was one of the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in (& that’s very important to me). Great location, great & quick communication and another perk, there is no check out directions, the owner takes care of all of it. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great location

Stayed at this location several times and it’s a great location for walking to many of the attractions in and around Traverse City. Riley was an excellent host and communication was quick and easy.

The suite was nicely decorated and exactly like the photos online which is always a big plus. In dealing with property manager was very easy and she was very quick in her responses. The location is about a half mile from the downtown area but very walkable but there are some very nice dining options just across the street or within a few blocks. They are not fancy places but serve very good food and had excellent service.

My friends and I stayed here for our annual girl's trip. The property was as pictured, very clean, and had all if the needed amenities. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. This location was perfect, close to 2 great restaurants that we enjoyed, and walking distance to East Front Street. Property management was very communicative and made the entire stay seamless. If we come to Traverse City again, we will definitely pick this property for our stay.

Weekend Stay - Beautiful Place
