Condo is fully furnished including a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 extra guests, HD TVs in all rooms, WiFi, full kitchen, outdoor patio overlooking a spacious family friendly park across the street.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the bed lovely in which to sleep. I accidentally forgot two pair of my pants in the dryer. Ryan has graciously agreed to send them back to me via USPS Priority mail in which I will pay! I recommend this home!

The condo is as represented in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic location - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Tart bike trail. We loved all the recommendations provided by the owner who was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Loved how close we were to downtown and the condo was super clean. My parents liked the size as they are trying to downsize…gave them incentive!We will definitely be back in the future!

Comfortable & walkable TC condo

Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Traverse City!

Totally enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo. The location was convenient to downtown, great restaurants and wineries. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that had nice cottage houses and sidewalks allowing for morning/evening walks.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!
