The condo was clean and located close to shops, restaurants and the lake. The bedrooms are street level on a side street so there is some road noise, but it didn’t bother me.

The condo was perfect! It was super clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, and was the perfect place to hang out in Traverse City. My sisters and I celebrated birthdays with my niece, and this condo worked great for us. Host was super helpful too! Highly recommend!!!

Ryan, host of kept in contact and let me know we were able to check in early if we wanted to. Condo was very clean and enjoyable to be in. Parking was easy and convenient. Great set up for my wife, myself, daughter and her finance. Definitely recommend this condo and the location is great to walk downtown. Next time staying in the area will be looking up for availability.

This was my first time booking through VRBO, and the experience exceeded expectations. Ryan is an outstanding host, and the condo truly offers all the comforts of home, plus extra thoughtful amenities.The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of both the bay and downtown Traverse City, making it convenient to enjoy restaurants, shops, and waterfront views without needing to drive.Ryan and his team communicated clearly before and during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Traverse City!

Totally enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo. The location was convenient to downtown, great restaurants and wineries. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that had nice cottage houses and sidewalks allowing for morning/evening walks.
