With amazing Gulf vistas and the shimmering sandy beach literally at your door, you can't get much closer to the sand and sea than this beautiful beachfront townhome in the popular 300 Ocean Mile community. It's as if the sea and sand are another room in the house! The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is nearby.

Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the first level, where you will find the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. The home features tile/wood look flooring throughout the home. Stretch out to watch TV or listen to the stereo from the comfortable couches, one of which opens into a queen sleeper. Curl up in front of the electric fireplace on chilly nights. Whip up some margaritas and nachos in the well-equipped kitchen, while your sous chef hangs out at one of the counter bar stools, all while never losing sight of that sparkling blue sea. Serve up a fantastic meal at the large square table with comfortable seating for six. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

We had the perfect beach stay. No crowded beach, just steps to our pool and the beach. So relaxing and will definitely be back next beach trip we take!

G-2 has a great view of the ocean, is so close to the water, and the back deck stairs are right next to the ramp to go out to the beach. The view from the top master bedroom deck is amazing. The deck furniture is nice. The outside of the unit and grounds are a little dated, but the inside of the unit is updated and very nice. Beds are nice, there are smart TV’s throughout the house. AC is great. The pool is small and nothing fancy, but my kids swam in it several times and it was never crowded. Overall we loved our stay here.

Quiet Location

Great location on east end of the island. Very quiet with almost no light pollution. Townhouse was as described and represented on VRBO. Great oceans views with short walk to beach and pool on a boardwalk. Had a great stay.

Perfect!

Perfect location! Quiet beach, which is steps from the back deck. The pool is nice and close, grilling area is also really nice and convenient. We truly enjoyed this unit and its location. There are steps, but they are very easy steps and easy for my elderly mother to navigate. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

This property is exactly what you see in the listing photos. The condo was immaculately clean with fresh paint, comfortable furniture, and a fantastic view of the water! The location is right on the beach with 2 balconies overlooking the water. The hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We highly recommend staying here...you will not be disappointed.

Dryer out of service till Wednesday

Was not notified till 1 hour before arrival that dryer was out of service. Multiple calls and complaints to customer service were not followed thru on. I did get a text from property manager and thankfully after much complaining and requesting she did have housekeeping bring over towels. However no further texts were answered by her. I really liked the location and the condo in general. However the customer service leaves something to be desired.
