Welcome to Southern Three Palms, formerly known as Beach Dayz!

This family and pet-friendly property features an open floor plan on the 1st floor, making it a great gathering space for entertaining. The centrally located kitchen has a large island breakfast bar, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The bright living and dining spaces offer views of the sparkling Gulf waters through multiple windows, and a Queen-size sleeper sofa is available for additional sleeping accommodations and a large, flat screen TV*. The convenient half bath can be found just past the stairwell. To top it off, have fun in our dedicated game area with board games, game table and wall mounted Ms. PAC MAN game console! The game area can also double as an office workspace.

The 1st floor also includes a King master suite with a tile shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. On the top floor, you'll find a 2nd King master suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower, along with access to a covered deck overlooking the nearby bike path. Two additional bedrooms, a laundry area, and den with Queen sleeper sofa, TV, coffee station, beverage refrigerator and Xbox S with 2 controllers and Xbox game pass access, complete this floor.

Relax and sunbathe at the private pool, accessible from any level via the exterior staircase, or unwind in the shade of the large, covered carport with picnic table. Additional outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning sink, outdoor shower and kettle grill. Pool heat is available for a weekly fee of $400 when outside temps get cooler.

Beach access is a short stroll along the bike path to the nearest cross street, but the convenient location in the Gulf Beaches neighborhood, also places you just a couple of miles from restaurants and shopping.

Of course, don't forget FIDO! Up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less, allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

We are fairly new to St. George Island and this was the first time that we have stayed at Beach Dayz. It was perfectly suited for our large family. The bedroom layout was perfect; there were more than enough bathrooms; and the clean well-equipped kitchen was plenty large enough! Also, having two floors was a great bonus!

The big table was perfect for a puzzle when the weather kept us inside one day. The home was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The porches on the house are a little small, and the furniture on the deck off the kitchen is worn out. But, overall, we loved the house and would definitely return.

Very roomy. Loved the size of the kitchen and living area for our family. Rat droppings were on the griddle. The outdoor furniture on the deck was in poor condition. Cushions on the chairs were ripped and stuffing hanging out. Needed some TLC. Window in the living room leaked during a rain storm. Outdoor grill was small. Not enough seating around pool. Bedrooms were nice size and comfortable. Not enough towels supplied. Had to wash every day.
