Christmas vacation

Overall, it’s not a bad property fix the pool step and the screens, better hot water in for the showers, TV in bedroom and more towels.

Nice house for our golf vacation

We had a nice time in the house. Everything was tidy and clean, rooms where spacious and all kitchen equipment was in good shape. The host was very service minded and helped us alot before arriving. The house was easy to access through the digital door lock. An extra plus for the garage that was perfect for storing golf equipment.

Spring break 2023

The house is beautiful, my kids loved having a pool we drove to some of the beaches that are within 30 minutes and spent plenty of time in the pool as well.

Great Place

We stayed here for 12 nights and the home is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. Remote working was great! The only downside was there was no cable TV, and no local channels either. We were visiting during March Madness so no TV was definitely a downside but we were able to stream on other devices. Host was always very helpful and easy to reach when needed. Clean, comfortable, and looks just like the pictures.

Flying good time

The property itself, is nice. You can definitely tell that it is a rental property and not somewhere the owners frequent often. They probably have a management company handling it. We arrived to a driveway full of trash, trash can out in the road and a house full of fly's. I'm assuming this is because the house's manual/instruction booklet does not distinguish that you need to put certain trash cans on certain sides of the street when you take out for garbage day, as ours did not get picked either the week that we had stayed. The owner was notified of this and hopefully it doesn't cause this to happen in the future to anyone else. We just didn't understand, knowing you have people coming, why you wouldn't get rid of the left-over trash or have the property company handle it. The lanai had screen damage to it when we arrived (we arrived a month or two after a hurricane) but weren't made aware of it. They did have it repaired while we were there, but my kids were not able to go out there by themselves because of what could possibly come crawling in. The pool heater is off too. The owner did have someone come out to raise the temperature of the water pretty quickly so at least we got to enjoy the pool the last half of our stay. (No pool toys, bring your own) All in all, our stay was good. Property is clean on the inside. All essentials needed for a stay were supplied.

Great vaca home away from home!

We came down for a wedding with our children for a 5 night stay. It was the perfect house for us and family. Nice quiet neighborhood. Cozy too!

Beautiful Vacation Home!

I will admit I was a tad skeptical because this property had no reviews and was very reasonably priced, but Constantine’s home exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Seven of us stayed here for 3 nights comfortably. Quiet and safe neighborhood within driving distance of beaches, restaurants, and shops. House was stocked with everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a weekend away in North Port!
