Delightful PET FREE home located 25 mins from Gulf Coast beaches! Beautiful private heated pool, large screened lanai with partial Florida Glass for privacy! Outdoor seating and a shaded outdoor dining area.
Enjoy your vacation with families, friends or couples. Outdoor grill, pool toys, games & 2 Smart flat screen TV’s. Its a short 8 min. drive to grocery stores, restaurants and local parks. 15 min. drive to Punta Gorda airport, Bay/Harbor & Fisherman’s Village for unique shopping, beverages and beautiful sunsets.

3 carpeted Bedrooms with 12" thick mattresses (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Queen air mattresses) with duvet covers and spare bedspreads for adults & children.
2 Full Baths with towels
