Il Fico is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa situated in a splendid sea front position in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches.

Surrounded by a well tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cosy house has a small private swimming pool which can be heated (on request).

Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
