Welcome to your perfect VRBO! At only 2.4 Miles from the Boat Launch you’ll get your boat in the water fast so you can start enjoying your day! After a long day on the lake, you will enjoy a relaxing dip in the hot tub or cool tub depending the time of year. I’ve done my best to make this setting a tropical paradise. Compleat with a 75’ hdtv and an evaporative cool for those hot havasu nights. If you get hungry, we have an outdoor BBQ and a full kitchen to fix some food.  When you’re ready, the pillow top Cal King Bed will help you drift off to sleep ready to make another day of memories with friends and family out on the lake.

    ⁃    There are absolutely NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. allowed at the property. No exceptions.
    ⁃    No one but registered guests after 10 p.m
    ⁃    hot tub hours. 8am to 10pm. Quiet Time After 10pm
    ⁃    Holiday Weekends are 3 Night Minimum
    ⁃    The exterior areas of the house are being monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras for the safety and protection of both the property and our guests.  There are no cameras inside the house
