Great location! The condo was in great condition and well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Just a short walk to the lake/shopping/dining and we enjoyed the onsite hot tub.

Though the "view of the Lake" was a true statement it was not exactly a prime view. the balcony overlooked a busy street. That being said for the price this was phenomenal. the owner showed so many really nice and classy touches for a VRBO.Communication was great, The place was really nicely stocked with great towels not like hotel towels, great beds, and kitchen well stocked and clean. OVERALL a GREAT EXPERIENCE

This was an amazing place to stay! The condo itself supplied ample towels for the bathroom & pool (beach).Kitchen had oils, spices available. There was coffee pods & crystal light packs available.Soaps/shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags & even small plastic bags were available. Many places I’ve stayed are not this generous!Even though the heater in the pool wasn’t working, the pool was very refreshing.

Jon was more than helpful and quick to respond. The pool and hot tub were fully functional even in January. Location is central, unit was clean and updated.

Most hotel like experience yet with an VRBO. Host was great, the place was very neat and clean and the pool/jacuzzi was a nice touch. I slept like a baby in the master bedroom which was pitch dark and nice and cold from the wall A/C. Condo came with shampoo, conditioner, soap, as well as coffee pods, creamer and snacks! Well stocked place. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony with water views. Close to the London bridge and everything Lake Havasu has to offer. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestions would be to have more than two pool towels, and possibly a king bed in the master instead of a queen. 10/10 would recommend.

Quiet Place, Close to Everything

This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit.

The Condo was great, much better than a hotel in town. Location is perfect, super close to London Bridge and restaurants. Overall the condo was wonderful, beds are comfy. The carpet was dirty - it's due for a deep clean shampoo and the transition pieces between carpet and bathrooms have nails sticking out which hurt my kids feet. Also AC is locked with an app so you have to communicate to the host to adjust - we were freezing and didn't pack long sleeves or warm clothes. Host was attentive and great to work with. I'd stay again.
