With a golf cart included, you can easily explore the nearby almost private beach, ensuring a peaceful experience away from the crowds. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the beach and unwind with stunning sunsets by the pool. This spacious home also features a kids' room off the master suite, making it perfect for families.

The luxurious open floor plan includes a large kitchen with a center island, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The cozy family room is equipped with a large screen TV for your entertainment. The huge master suite boasts a king-size bed and a luxurious master bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds share a beautifully designed second bathroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for the pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit.

Bring your furry friends, pets are welcome for $100/pet + tax. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet so we can add to your reservation! Beach life you have always dreamed of in this beautiful rare find ranch home located in 1/2 Acre lot within short walk to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
