The property offered lots of space. Loved the lay out, the pool, different decks, sunset on the roof. The property provided beach chairs, bikes, floats. Super close to the pools, clubhouse and beach. Easy access in/ out of the neighborhood. Close to JAX, DAB airports, as well as, Universal and Disney. We’ve been coming to Cinnamon Beach for many years and will return!

Great pool!

Bill's bunker was a great place for our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. We loved having the option to easily go to the beach or community pool, or just stay and play in the private pool. Our night swim with our toddler was a highlight of the trip.

Great Family Getaway

Our family stayed at Bill's Bunker for our recent winter break trip. The house was spacious and allowed for us to spend time together, but also spread out. The heated private pool was a bonus! Provided instructions were sufficient, the community was easy to navigate, and the beach access was also very straight forward. We had a great trip!

Family vacation in May

Really nice complex with great amenities. The house had lots of space and easy access to beach and complex pools etc.. We had an issue with the pool not being swimable when we arrived (cloudy and green) but the rental company worked overtime to get it fixed within 24 hours. It was a really pleasant an relaxing week in a nice area.

The second floor has a master suite and kitchen and large sitting area with large dining table and downstairs has great bunk room for kids and 2 queens for their parents. The house provided pool toys for pool, chairs for beach, pack backs, beach towels, etc. They even have a pack n play for the little one. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We rented a golf cart from Sunrise Rentals and it was so convenient to go to the community pool and beach. We are definitely renting Bill' Bunker again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bills Bunker. The house was beautiful, and the pool was great. It was a short walk to the beach and clubhouse. The pictures do not do the house justice! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

So getting a house in the area was the perfect place to bring a few friends! The house was beautiful, looked just like the pictures and was well maintained. The pool was great. The short walk to Cinnamon Beach was very nice. Really enjoyed everyone hanging out in the kitchen area upstairs! No complaints. Hope to return.

Great little getaway

Stayed at Bill’s Bunker with my husband, 8 year old daughter and our friends and their two kids and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, up-to-date, and looked just like the photos. We had a bit of a hiccup with the main freezer not working and some early miscommunication, but the property managers went out of their way to resolve the problem to the best of their ability since it wasn’t just a simple fix (there was a second fridge in the garage so we were not completely without). Kids loved the heated pool at the house and it was an easy walk to the community pool and the beach. We drove stuff over to bring to the beach, because it was easier than dragging the wagon. Overall it was a great little vacation and I would highly recommend Bill’s Bunker.

The only thing I would like to see is decent pots and pans, they were all bent on the bottom and some mixing bowls.. there were none. The pool is very hard to keep clean, lots of beetles, frogs and gnats in it every day (maybe a better self cleaning pool system). Otherwise we had a great vacation!

Great house for great memories!

The house was great and very few things to call out that were not perfect. Grill grates need to be replaced - they were rusted and could not be used (had to cover w/ foil). Grill cover had holes, so likely the cause. Would def recommend installing a gate on the 2nd level balcony staircase; such a dangerous area and liability for the little ones. We actually had to figure out a way to block it during our stay to ensure peace of mind. Everything was great and the house was a place we would absolutely return to next year!

We enjoyed our stay with the family in this home.Updated and plenty of untensils for cooking meals as we enjoy home cooked meals more than take out.The location was easy access to the beach.Only problem we had while staying -- the ice maker was not working the entire time we were there.The staff was notified and did drop in to check and were very professional but said the ice maker would need to be replaced. The home was not quite as clean in some areas but overall was acceptable. We would definitely stay at this home again. We appreciate the owners allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

The house is gorgeously decorated and is wonderfully equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed walking to the beach which is a block over and riding bikes in the evenings. The pool was perfect sized and the rooftop deck view was gorgeous at sunset to enjoy a glass of wine. The beach was quite relaxing as the house offers chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to transport everything in. It is centrally located to supermarkets and we ordered Instacart twice and had no issues receiving the deliveries. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back if we make it back to this area. Thanks so much!

Great Vacation!

Bill's Bunker was exactly as advertised, perfect layout with indoor and outdoor access to the pool from every level. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils, as well as appliances. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The property management team was excellent! Everyone I talked to at Cinnamon Beach Rentals was friendly and very customer focused. My questions were answered immediately and needs were taken care of promptly. For instance, I called to get instructions on how to turn the pool heater on; instead of giving me instructions, they sent a maintenance man over to do it for me and he arrived within just a very few minutes of my call! My teen grandchildren enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms, and the separate living area to watch TV in the evenings. The sun deck was my grandson's favorite place! I cannot think of any negatives with this property or our vacation! Cudos to Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals and Bill's Bunker!

Nice stay.

Overall, Bill‘s bunker is a nice house. It allows pets , and the neighborhood /beach is pet friendly. Note: the backyard is not fenced in. So if you’re used to your dogs, handling things themselves, this will be more labor intensive. The beautiful ceiling fan, in the master bedroom was broken. We tried to get them to fix it, but they said they’re waiting for the owner to get back with them ( the maintenance team]. The hot water was limited for taking a shower. They need an extra pot in the kitchen. They had a small one and a giant one. The need to be one in the middle [approximate 2 1/2 quarts.] When you come in the front door, and the garage, you are on the bottom floor. That is where three of the guestrooms are, but not where the action is. The real action is on the top floor, where the master, kitchen and living room Resides. Thus, be prepared to walk up and down a decent amount of steps. At least 20. That means, to unload your car to bring everything upstairs and every time you have to walk the dogs. it could get tiring. The TVs were great. The couches were comfortable. Things were fairly aesthetically pleasing. The pool was great. Singing outside by the pool was great. The neighborhood was beautiful and the beach was only a short walk away. The beach was beautiful. overall, it was a nice house. Other people taking walks, walking their dogs were very friendly. Overall, it’s a nice place. A good value and in good shape.
