This apartment has an amazing downtown luxury feeling as well as key amenities like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and garage parking available✔ open layout one-bedroom apartment Center of downtown, with a street car right outside. CVS convenience store right outside. For transportation, we recommend the free KC Streetcar that stops right outside the apartment building, or Uber.

Great Condo for two. As described. Clean. Nice Building and staff. Fast elevators. Secure parking garage. Bonus 2 bathrooms. Free KC ride shuttle on Main Street outside the door. Nice large windows and remote shades. Super high ceilings 14-15’ maybe . Take shuttle to dining nearby like 801 chophouse, yard house, and bagels at Meshuggah bagels.plus catch a movie at the IMAX theatrea on Main Street.or visit a jazz speakeasy..

Great Accommodations!

Francis' apartment was very clean, modern, safe and close to CVS, dinning options and Constantino's, a supermarket. An incredible plus for me was the free KC Ride Car which had stops right outside the building! Self check in was a bit tricky. Read and follow instructions carefully! Francis communicates well and responds very quickly. Overall, a great stay!

On the Streetcar line

What a treasure! Step out the front door and catch the streetcar. Bloom Bakery across the hall from our room was a treat. Fine gym/work out area. Quiet. Never heard any neighbors. Great kitchen. Clean. Nice to have laundry in VRBO. Want to come again whenever we are going to the Midland theatre, T Mobile Center or Union station as well as the New Current stadium and the River Market area.

Excellent location. Fresh, clean and roomy.

The apartment is located on the free Main Street streetcar-route. It is easy to get anywhere in downtown Kansas The building is clean and airy. There was an excellent little café for breakfast needs including delicious fresh croissants. The apartment is light and roomy and the bed very comfortable. We had trouble at first, finding the key to the apartment but after that everything was fine. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, great location

It really is a very modern, gorgeous apartment right in the heart of it. The T Mobile center and Power & Light District are all within 4 blocks so an easy walk or free trolley ride away. The parking was half a block away and was only $10 a night. As for the apartment itself, it had a big, full kitchen, comfy bed and gorgeous views of the city with floor to ceiling windows. The only trouble we had was that the key instructions said to turn it to the right hard and it was actually to the left so we had to go get help to get in the apartment the first time because to the right wasn't working. Also, the trolley dings were loud when trying to sleep (it runs from about 6AM to 1AM) but the host has earplugs by the bed so once we used those, it was fine. We would for sure stay there again.

KC Weekend Getaway

Had a great stay at this location. It was right off Main Street with easy access to the Tram. We loved the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the apartment complex, and the host was wonderful in communicating everything from check-in to check-out!

Read before you stay

They are doing construction right under the apartment. If you are on vacation be prepared to wake up at 7am because all you hear is drilling and hammering. I made the property manager and owner aware. All I was told is they didn’t know. Funny because the cleaners knew. No apologies or anything. Just stay in a hotel. It’s the same price and no hassles. Completely disappointed. Going to report to VRBO.

Nice Condo Downtown

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. We really like the location of the building and the amenities it provides. We have stayed in this building in the past so we chose it again for these reasons. This particular unit though was a little off the mark for us. It was only on the second floor and overlooked the tram. Which made a ding ding sound each time it pulled up to the booth to pick up riders (about every 15 minutes). That noise went on until midnight and 1:00 on Saturday night) and started up again around 6:00 am). It is fine for adults who can put in earplugs but my child woke up several times each night due to the noise. Also, there is not door to the bedroom and the light from outside street lights shone in brightly into the bedroom which caused my son to wake up frequently in the night as well. The noise from cars reving engines down the street was bothersome as well. Overall, this unit would be fine for adults or families with older kids. Everything was very clean, the unit was well stocked and the customer service was great. We would book with this company again in a heartbeat and this building. They have a fantastic game room/family room area in the common areas and the kids really enjoyed using that and the basketball court. It was a really short walk to the convention center and there was a great grocery down the street that had a hot food bar and salad bar that made for easy lunches.
