With accommodations for up to 5 guests, homey conveniences, fun extras, and great outdoor spaces, this 1-bedroom +loft vacation home is a top pick for family vacations or mountain getaways with friends.

Swap stories and roast marshmallows at the firepit or play outdoor games in the yard right next to Wilscot Creek! Cast a line off the overhanging deck and dip your toes in the water on warmer days in the North Georgia mountains. This charming Blue Ridge cabin on the creek also features a steamy hot tub for soothing soaks, a picnic table on the screened gazebo, a grill for mountain cookouts together, and peaceful wooded surroundings.

Inside this North Georgia cabin, you'll have welcoming spaces — including a living room with a fireplace and big screen TV plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for meals, snacks, and drinks. Cozy little cabin off the beat and path. Nice little seating area down by the creek. Close to Blue Ridge. Would definitely stay again.

Knotty Pines pleasure

We had a wonderful stay here. We spent tons of time outside at the fire pit. The weather was beautiful and the interior is exactly as pictures. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Loved our time away.

Quiet place

Right on river, cute cabin… you may need a pick up truck to access but I noticed some SUV’s on property. You will notice other cabins around but everyone real nice.

Lovely get a way

The cabin is very comfortable with a very efficient kitchen for all cooking needs big or small. The sound of the creek in the back yard is a very nice relaxing sound while on the porch or sitting by the creek. Everything was very pleasant and the next door neighbors are both very friendly but you still have your own space and privacy to enjoy your stay.

Anniversary trip

The cabin is in the perfect spot, just intimate enough for my husband & I. We had loads of fun at the creek and we’re able to catch horn heads, bluegill, and a pretty large trout. We spent time in Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Both of which were very accessible to our locationz

Quiet get away

We love this place. It is our second time here and will come back again and again. We actually are here this time for our honeymoon. We have to mention Ducky the dog. He is the sweetest. He is always the first to greet us. The neighbors are great also. We can’t wait until next time.

Perfect

I could not have loved it more! The owner had it decorated for Christmas, which was perfect. I met the neighbor and neighbors dogs. Love them, so sweet! I can not wait to stay there again. We normally like to stay somewhere different every time but I think this place changed that. The outdoor deck and hot tub was perfect as well.

Pretty good

Very nice cabin. Only thing … bathroom is down stairs. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs. Loved the jacuzzi… the outside gazebo needed a lot of repairs… the check in process was a total headache for me… I was told we could check in early.. went to the property and could not get in even after we bought perishable groceries… had to wait a while… finally got in.. that part was not good. Overall cabin was clean and nice.. just was happy to have a “ get away” from work for the weekend.

Stay

Unfortunately I wish I could provide a better review but I can't regarding a few issues. First the bedroom and beds are upstairs and the one bath downstairs. When you want to go to the bathroom you wake everyone up. Secondly the driveway down to the property is bad. I believe my mom messed up her car on the out one day because there is a 8-10" drop where the gravel has washed out. The pillows smelled a little like they were old. It was pretty remote but not crazy. Other than that is was ok.

Adorable cabin

We took a family road trip for the first time to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and I had a hard time deciding between a mountain view or a cabin on a creek. I am so happy with our decision to stay by the creek, the yard is huge and allowed our kids to run around, and the dock on the creek was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The house was perfectly cleaned, and had everything we needed. The neighbors are permanent residents, and were so sweet and helpful. The only down fall was a very hazardous drive way. We have a lifted truck, and had a hard time getting up the steep, washed out, dirt drive every time. When we tried to get closer to the side to miss the huge holes we scratched our truck on the branches. It was a disaster, and I do not believe a regular sedan would be able to handle it. On a positive note, the super helpful neighbor said the road will be paved Aug 8-10, and after that it should be perfect! But definitely a heads up for anyone traveling to the cabin before. Other than that the cabin is wonderful!

Beautiful area but dangerous driveway

The area the cabin is located is beautiful - although there were other buildings/rental sharing the area. The driveway to access the property extremely steep and is washed out in several areas. The asphalt of the driveway has several large potholes with large drop offs. We slid down the driveway on the way down and when we tried to see if we could get back up the driveway, we slid backwards 4-5 times with no traction. The pictures and description of this cabin misrepresent the ability to access the property. If we had known about this driveway we would not have booked this property. It was extremely difficult to leave the property. If you have a large SUV or truck with four wheel drive, you will probably be fine. We did not feel safe to stay as we only had a small SUV, that did not have four wheel drive. We contacted the host and VRBO immediately. The host refused to assist us with the issue and later advised the cleaner is able to navigate the driveway . We advised the cleaner has a larger Dodge Durango. We offered to send pictures of the driveway along with pictures of where we got stuck. We were on the phone with VRBO for over 4 hours. We were left stranded with no place to stay. We wound up cancelling our vacation and returning home. We never stayed at the cabin so I cannot speak to the cleanliness.

A perfect place for peace

Property was great-only problem was the driveway, it is very steep my Durango had a time at first getting out we slid back down had to back into the neighbors driveway a bit to make it up hill and the rain and potholes doesn’t make it better.The driveway is in a curve so you have to be careful coming out overall this place is great for peace and quiet listening to the creek.Oh even though you are not allowed to have pets the strays or neighbors dogs are always there I would assume they are the neighbors because one has a collar, but if I had to stay here again I definitely would

Very nice cabin

This was a very nice little cabin. It was in a good location and we really enjoyed the stream in the backyard and the fire pit. If we are ever in the area, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice vacation home in a peaceful setting

House was clean and comfortable for four adults and a 7 years old. Beds are comfortable. Hose was clean. The jacuzzi, outside fire place and the stream are great additions to any vacation home.

Winter Escape

Loved cabin .could use curtains or blinds on lower level and screening from neighbor at hot tub area..Recommend going to Swan Drive in. WE were not successful catching a trout. Had fun trying...Recommend driving around and letting the mountain views remove stress of the Pandemic and life..left relaxed..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful little cabin. The small space was perfect for me, my wife, and 2 small children. We enjoyed the fire, snow, and hot tub. We ventured into town a little but mostly just enjoyed the cabin itself. What a wonderful weekend away.
