→ The apartment is located within the Sunrise Bay complex and does have access to all communal facilities (podium infinity pool, private beach, gym and playground area).
→ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
→ If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
→ House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
→ Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. The accommodation does not benefit from daily housekeeping. No additional cleaning during your stay included.
→ We use only top quality cleaning materials and supplies.
→ Self-contained accommodation stocked with basic cleaning equipment and a starter pack of toiletries. Consumables such as additional toiletries, cleaning products, cooking condiments not included.
→ Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws.
